This a mom and pop place with excellent food. Everything is made in house. Prices are very reasonable. Food is delicious authentic. Go to spot every time I come to Orlando. The banh cuon, bun cha hanoi, and bun dau mam tom is excellent.

We were hungry for some authentic Vietnamese food after a long day out. We ran into some locals that told us about this restaurant. So we decided to go. The banh coung was good. The bun thit nuong was also good. The only thing was that I’d found the shrimp could be bigger. Both my daughter and niece found hair in their food. My niece’s pork chop was undercooked. We told them and they took it back to recook it. They also brought out and extra piece for her. Would I recommend this place? I probably say no if you’re not from Orlando area. There are other restaurants in the area. This is probably catered to the locals.

“Cơm Tấm” dishes were average size. They use whole rice instead of the traditional broken rice.
“Bun thịt nướng” dish was gigantic with lots of noodle, vegetables, grilled pork and egg rolls. Each dish was about $15.
They make good Vietnamese ice coffee so make sure to try it.
Service was excellent. The young lady that served was attentive, refilled our water.

This restaurant is very small, about 10 tables. Looks like it’s been in business for awhile visible by old decorations

We had the honor of trying a little bit of everything at Vietnam Cuisine-Quán Nhỏ’s new cơm chỉ — and let me tell you, it brought me straight back to home-cooked meals.

For just $16, you can pick two dishes (like caramelized fish, fried fish, chicken, etc) plus soup. This isn’t your usual phở or bánh mì — it’s the kind of food our parents made at home. It’s available on Wednesday and Thursday; new items are rotated in weekly.

If you’re craving real Vietnamese comfort food, this is it!

Very casual place for Vietnamese food, but they have some unique dishes that you don’t find in many other restaurants. We loved everything we tried. Prices are very reasonable, service was friendly. We didn’t wait long for food. I’d definitely come back. Parking is a little tricky. You park in the back and walk through a little strip mall with other Vietnamese restaurants, and then turn right. It’s a very small restaurant.

I mean… it’s food. Edible, nothing noteworthy. I had the combo rice to hold me over because I was hungry and needed something quick. Had two pieces of shrimp, 2 thing slices of chicken and 3 pieces of beef. So paid mainly for rice. Grateful they had a sauce basket cause the flavors are absent

We came here one afternoon for a nice lunch. We didn’t know where to go at first, but we knew we wanted to be in the Mills 50 area, so we broke out the trust dusty list and browsed until we found this place!

Ambiance was very simple. It was a dining room with no more than 10 tables. Mirrors everywhere, one small window, and some nice ambient music being played. Service was great, too. A nice fella who helped me pick something good. I always want to try something different that Americans probably don’t get too often, but servers are always hesitant and push me to more familiar things. What can you do?

We started off with the Cha Gio (deep fried spring rolls (2) with fish sauce). Very crispy, not very oily, and the fillings within were very fresh while still being warm and well seasoned. I was a fan.

Then came the Goi Cuon Tom Thit (Summer rolls (2) shrimp, pork, lettuce, rice vermicelli, and peanut sauce). There were very good! Summer rolls are my favorite. There wasn’t a lot of meat filling in these, so just be wary, but I could dip anything in that delicious peanut sauce and be happy.

For our mains, we ordered the classic Banh Mi Thit Nuong (With grilled pork). I wanted something off the wall a little, but how do you say no to this wonderful sandwich? Soft, strong, perfect bread holding all that meat, all that veg, lovely bites. Great banh mi. One of my favorites in town.

I can’t remember exactly what my last dish was, but I think it was the Mi Xao Hai San (Egg noodle stir fried with seafood and vegetables). Loved this. Delicious rice noodles, huge chunks of well cooked veg, little shrimps everywhere.

Overall, this place gave me exactly what I needed. Cheap, easy, simple, delicious Vietnamese food. I will be back, repeatedly.

Tasty banh mi and absolutely fantastic pho in a casual and cozy setting! The service isn’t very fast, but it’s worth the wait, especially for the pho! The noodles are just too good! I’ll definitely be coming back again sometime.

Excellent food! I had 2 dishes – Bo Tai Chanh (Vietnamese beef carpaccio) and Goi Vit (duck salad). Both dishes were extremely tasty and well portioned. Lots of protein! I requested no raw onions in both of my dishes. Will be coming back the next time I am in Orlando 🙂 The servers were kind. The restaurant is a little tight but not too much of a problem.

We had eaten many Vietnamese food before. The Pho here is on top of the list. We ordered the spicy beef, the seafood, and the traditional. The soup in the traditional (#28 on the menu) was just like what I had in Vietnam a few years back, with a lot of flavors. The wrap appetizer was not our favorite but we like to try new stuff. We plan to be back and have the Pho again. BTW, the Philippines ice cream shop across the street is awesome too.
