To say I was impressed is an understatement. It has been a long time since I have found a good Arby’s. This Arby’s blew all others out of the park! Normally, I have to ask for an extra cheese cup because most Arby’s restaurants do not put enough cheese on the beef and cheddar, but not this one. I had plenty. In addition, the food was very warm. Normally, I have to scarf it down to keep it from getting cold, but this Arby’s serves almost hot food. I was very grateful! The service was great too! Thank you Arby’s for caring about your customers and serving with excellence!

The second I walked through the door the smell of gas was so overpowering. I repeated this to the cashier and she says to me ” yeah people say that sometimes it’s because we just turned the equipment on because we just opened” I worked at Arby’s on Snow road , as a matter of fact I opened and never once did I smell gas. Long story short I was unable to sit in there and eat so I walked out left. The g.m said absolutely nothing and just went outside on the side of the building and smoked a cigarette.

Prices keep going up! This is ridiculous. The pop sizes keep shrinking!! I purchased a medium drink and i received this drink the size of their old small size drinks. Pop is the cheapest thing a restaurant purchases but they continue to shrink the size and raise the price. Total corporate greed. Goodbye Arby’s, I’m done‼️

Purchased a classic French dip and swiss. These sandwiches have historically always come in a box this one was wrapped up like a sub. Also the au jus sauce was very watery at best. Usually Arby’s are clean, cordial, efficient and the food is really good. I hope this was just a one-time fluke for this Arby’s.

Not a fan of fast food but Arby’s is my go to. This location was so clean ,The workers were very pleasant wish I remembered the yound ladys name nicest Worker ive encountered anywhere lately ,Mozzarella sticks were cooked all the way, few months back was at a different location and ended up with uncooked Mozzarella sticks.

I used a coupon today at Arby’s. Five sliders for $5. I got the crispy chicken. Very pleased! The buns were thick and soft. Quality. The chicken extra crispy and very flavorful. They were a good size. Just one and a small fry and I was good to go. They have some other items I am looking forward to trying. The gyros look delicious. I like the variety that Arby’s has over the burger joints. So glad I stopped in.

This is the worst fast food experience I’ve had in my life. I use to work at DQ for two years so I generally understand how the fast food environment works. I ordered two milkshakes and a large motzerella stick through the drive thru. When I pulled up to the speaker I was not greeted in a friendly way at all and was just asked “What do you want”. After my order I got my food and pulled into a parking spot, I found out that my mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way through and were still solid and cold to the touch in the center. This was no big deal, whatever I just went back to the speaker and explained what was wrong. The same man told me to pull back around where he was waiting at the window with a thermometer. He measured the temperature of my food while constantly smirking looking down at the thermometer to he. back at me. He never told me the temperature but with the back and forward looks basically he was calling me a liar. He never apologized but did make me new ones. He gave me the new bag which was fine, then just closed the window in my face, so I never had the chance to ask for a manger. 30 min later I got home and went to call the store to complain I was on the line for 5 min and no one picked up. This was at 8pm and the place closed at 11pm. Generally just this one employee made my experience so bad even though they throughout the whole experience I never even got an attitude with him
