Excellent experience, we did a weekday lunch, the restaurant is an order at the counter with table service. We tried the cucumber salad (amazing and by far my favorite item, definitely lived up to the hype), cheese wonton (crispy, perfect amount of filling), egg rolls (again crispy with delicious veggie filling), wonton soup (comfort food, great on a cool fall day), dim sum sampler (I don’t like fish and this had shrimp, but it wasn’t a strong fish flavor, creative display and again a good amount of filling), pork and shrimp dumplings (a meal in itself, bite size dumplings and again didn’t have a very fishy flavor), cashew bao (do wish there was a bit more filling on these as it was delicious, but I dipped them in my own soy/sweet chili sauce to add more flavor to the bun), soup dumplings (great with the sweet chili sauce drizzled on them), and a garlic noodle bowl which had a strong garlic and ginger flavor (so yummy)! Can’t wait to go back and try more, the service is so friendly and there are so many options. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out. Sorry I was to busy enjoying to take enough pictures!

We went for lunch on a Monday and it was great. The dining area is on the smaller side but it’s very clean and the service is awesome. Our food looked picture perfect and it was delicious. I ordered myself a kids meal and the little desserts it came with were adorable. Next time we’ll go with the kids for sure!

Stopped by on my way back from Denver and honestly it was really good! Very flavorful and I think decent prices for the quality. The boba was also so good and on point with the flavor. I highly recommend! Very clean inside and nice staff as well

I visited Dumplings Kitchen today and everything was delicious!
The egg custard bunswere soft, fluffy, and filled with a rich, creamy custard — absolutely amazing. The BBQ pork buns were also full of flavor, with tender meat and just the right sweetness. I also tried their dumplings, which were really tasty (I enjoyed them so much that I forgot to take a photo）
On top of that, the service was excellent — very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Oh my goodness AMAZING! 10/10 No notes. It was incredible! We got wonton in chili oil which was my favorite. Mini pork dumplings in wonton soup. And pork bao. They brought a cucumber salad on the house. And my goodness, it hit the spot!! So yummy!!

Had an enjoyable experience here. It was a clean, organized, looks-new place with an easy but tasty menu, not the usual Cantonese/American Chinese fare but more eastern/northern Chinese style. We ordered Rouzao rice bowl, Rouzao noodle bowl, Beef noodle soup and Wonton in chili oil. All prepared tastily & healthy, a refreshing break from the usual “Chinese food”.
The lady serving us was especially friendly and sweet, all willing to provide some hot water for the elderly in our group and serving free spicy cucumber salad. Wished to have longer time to stay and chat. Unfortunately, just happen to pass by the town.

First time trying this restaurant out and it was amazing. From the service to the food, I couldn’t be more impressed. I love the nice quiet atmosphere and the cleanliness of the business. I definitely recommend people come out and try the food they have to offer at the Dumpling Kitchen.

I got the beef noodle bowl and scallion pancakes and they were both heavenly. The beef was so tender it melted in my mouth and the noodles were fresh with a savory and flavorful broth. The scallion pancakes came crispy and warm, a must have before the main dishes. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was above and beyond! After eating everything we could we got to try some coffee cake, which was buttery smooth. So sad to be only visiting from out of state, but this place was a great welcome to a first day in Colorado!!!!!!

Absolutely incredible food! We tried a few different items and everything was so delicious. Each dish had a distinct flavor that awakened all of our taste buds. I feel like at some dumplings spots every item starts to taste the same but not here! The service/atmosphere was great as well. Will be driving down from Denver again soon. Highly recommend

This was a very nice little restaurant! The server was very kind and made sure our meal tasted good. The food came out pretty swiftly. We had soup dumplings and beef noodle soup. Both were very good. The beef was very tender. They even have a recommended sauce mix for dumplings that we tried with the soup dumplings that turned out to be wonderful! We will definitely stop by again the next time we are in Castle Rock!
