They are very unprofessional and do not follow simple instructions! I ordered Cajun wings and they gave me dry rub and told me “that’s how he is taught to make it “ when I’ve been getting the same wings forever . Who orders dry wings with absolutely no Cajun sauce and refused to accommodate their mess up ! Do NOT GO THERE !!!!!

It’s mostly empty in there but the I really like this location a lot. I found the staff friendly and very communicative when not busy. They stay true to their discounts and surveys and stuff in the receipts really get you good deals like free food. Their corn is literally so good when I first had it and I’ve tried everything, burgers, tenders, wings and I love them all. The girl in the front is very helpful and nice and explains things very well.

Service Is A Little Slow. I Order My Food At 6:25pm It Took Me A Little Time To Get To The Restaurant Because I Was A Little Ways From There & When I Got There The Food Still Wasn’t Done, & I Got There After 7pm. Plus The Person That Was Taking The Orders Over The Phone & At The Register. At Like She Had A Attitude! Her Customer Service Was Poor. & To Top That Off I Gets To Work To Eat My Lunch & As I’m Eating My Wings, I Have A Piece Of A Staple In The Bottom Of My Wings. I order wingstop online not to long ago me and my wife get home and the wings where horrible. $30 for this? They just splattered seasoning on my food. It was so salty and disgusting. Then when you call the store the line doesn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

We’ve visited this location before and it has consistently gone down hill. We placed an online order. I arrived about 20 min later to this location. It was packed full of people waiting on their orders. No one was ordering. I proceeded to wait about 30+ minutes for my order. I waited patiently and was just happy to go home and eat with my family. Just to get home and the wings to taste very odd. It’s hard to describe but they’re disgusting. I’ve never had this experience before. The corn was dried all the way out and hard. Both my husband and my stomach is hurting.

My overall rating is based on Jordan. Walked in, we were IMMEDIATELY greeted, thts a plus for me. I looked around it was clean, floors mopped, counters cleaned, yes a plus for me. My daughter knew what she wanted, Jordan assisted me with the flavors for my sandwich and even suggested the cheese! Wait time wasn’t too long. I can appreciate waiting as I know the food is HOT AND FRESH! I watched as this young man assisted multiple customers. He has really good customer service. We got our food, went home and yes it was all good. Shoutout to the cook! I hope the manager appreciates Jordan. We will return when we are in the area. Thanks so much.
