Front counter service was terrible but I waited it out because I’ve been on a fish kick the past week. Once I received my order it was a little too dark on the outside but still edible. The chicken plank was thin and dry and the lobby was a sticky mess with no tea available at the drink stand and windows so smudged it almost made my stomach turn looking out the glass. Bathroom was in complete disarray and even though I finished today’s meal I’ll never personally be back to eat here again.

There were a couple issues with our food. One order was chicken tenders, they were not sufficiently cooked. Fries were cold when the food arrived. There seemed to be an inordinate delay in getting our food made and out to use. We ended up waiting in the parking lot for food to be brought out. They did try and make amends with an offer of free cheesecake for having to wait and the crew was very nice.

A couple of weeks ago I got two chicken wraps and for the price , they were wonderful. Today I get 2 fish tacos and I wouldn’t have given those to my dog that fish must have been sitting under warmer for hours.In fact , I couldn’t tell there was any fish in it. I have always said it depends on the cooks and the manager.

I stopped at this Long John Silver’s for a early dinner. The employee were nice and polite. The restaurant was clean, but not very nautical themed compared to other LJS I had been in. The food while edible, was average at best and a bit on the pricey side.

Given any plastic west to eat with. me folks. When we pulled up hubby ordered his platter with slaw and extra hush puppies and a strawberry cheesecake swirl for me. Was never asked if we would like a drink not we’re we’re given time to let them know we wanted to add one to our order. The hush puppies were deep fried so long that there was ZERO breeding on the inside, they didn’t give us the cheesecake (which never was added to the order so I, I’ll let them slide on that) and wasn’t

Definitely not the fault of the training staff, both kitchen and service. However, highly under staffed with experienced help for the amount of drive through traffic. The server put my order into the training mode so it didn’t go to the kitchen. He never got to my neice as the drive-through was taking all his attention. We ended up deciding to eat elsewhere, so I am not able to rate the food.
