I will agree the kiosks were very frustrating. They lost an order. Could not see an order status and could not even tell if order went through. Something is not working well with Panera technology as it does not seem to be integrated or seamless.
Location has easy parking, good food and friendly staff. It is easy walking distance from serval hotels. Please look at hours on Sunday as they do not open until 7 am.
Kid friendly location and my kids like the food here. Would go again.

Not impressed. Started to use order kiosk. By the time our order was placed they said breakfast was over. They issued a refund and had us re oder however the attitude the server gave was poor. We were pleasant and understanding in having to order lunch but the feeling well got from the server was not good. We felt like we did something wrong. Like the last time I was at Panera, the food was overpriced; turkey sandwich and thin pickle spear and a small bag of chips wasn’t worth the money. It confirmed that I won’t be back any time soon.

Panera keeps charging more and disappointing more. No one to physically take your order or acknowledge you entered the restaurant, multiple tables dirty when they are not busy, bathroom floor sticky and bathroom trash can overflowing and out of a hazelnut coffee. At least the food was good, not great, but good.

Arrived at 11am and it was not busy. Rep at the counter asked to take our order. I asked for the pick two with a bread bowl for my cheese and broccoli soup. Rep said that they are out of bread bowls. This is Panera bread….who is out of bread. Really? After a disappointing ordering session, the receipt printer refused to work so no receipt. Food came and it was ok. Maybe the diappointment of not getting what I came here for impeded my opinion of the food. I think we will be visiting other Paneras in the future and let this one figure out how to make bread.

Very nice experience. Super helpful and friendly staff. My order was taken by Kristyn and it was done right! I ordered a Chicken Fuji Apple Salad and it was delicious. The only thing that would have made better were if the apples were not dehydrated. I understand that logistics of serving fresh apple but it would have bumped the salad up another notch. All in all it was a very enjoyable and nicely presented salad. Physical location and facilities were very clean. I certainly would try them again if in the Bridge Street area. Don’t know where the bad reviews ate at, because it sure was not here… Thanks.

I ordered the warm Baja bowl with tomato soup for delivery and was extremely disappointed. The “warm bowl” was barely 1/3 full and ice cold. The rice was uncooked, dehydrated, instant rice. Considering the restaurant is less than a mile away, and the tomato soup was actually warm, I know it didn’t “cool off” on the way over. It seemed like it was a refrigerated, pre-prepared bowl that didn’t get heated before sending it out. I tried to microwave it but ended up ordering from somewhere else because it just made me sad.

This location at Bridge Street doesn’t pay attention to even the most basic of requests. Look at the order receipt. No ice was placed on the order receipt in FOUR SEPARATE AREAS yet I still received a LARGE DRINK FILLED WITH ICE. They simply don’t care. And it shows. See the BURNT CHEESE PIZZA. No tortillas chips for the soup.
I called corporate and sent the photos ASAP. I also called the restaurant and spoke to Will. He was nice but seemed preoccupied when I spoke to him about this incorrect order in a series of past incorrect orders. He will use it as a “coaching session”. I think Panera Bread needs to terminate the employment of employees who cannot grasp that basic concept of not placing ICE in a drink when the customer has requested not to place ice in the drink.
I would recommend you take photos immediately of incorrect orders and call corporate. It will take a village in Huntsville for Panera Bread to eventually hold their employees accountable for making incorrect orders. I posted 5 photos.

Such an amazing staff and so helpful. Great food, I’ve never been let down by them! Totally don’t get the bad reviews. Most beautiful salads I’ve ever seen.

I used the order kiosk at the front, received a text that my order was ready, however my name was not called, when I inquired, my sandwhich was located on the back counter, lying open and unattended. Pictures of what I ordered for a grand total of $20 with 2 large drinks, vs what I received. Do yourself a favor, and go to a local place like the Good Company Cafe instead of giving this company your money to insult you with their food.

They’re so inconsistent, it’s sad. They rarely give enough food, but today I had to post this. Take a look at the picture, I took it when I visited last week. They put enough chicken in my sandwich to feed a mouse and hardly any avocado not to mention the rest of the toppings. . . That’s about it. But I paid 12 bucks for lunch. Quit taking my money if you can’t give me my money’s worth
