The concept of Nai Thai was introduced in July 2019 and inspired by the deep family traditions of cooking healthy Thai cuisine. Nai Thai’s menu was created using recipes that feature authentic recipes that span two generations and originated in Bangkok.

Reviews
For starters, I highly recommend the Thai basil rolls and steam Thai dumplings to have a mixed experience between a fresh, cold bite of vegetables with noodles and a hot, savory filled wonton. We also tried the crispy cheese rolls, chicken pot stickers and chicken satay, all of which were delicious, but not as satisfying as the former. I enjoyed the cheese rolls better without the sweet sauce, and the pot stickers and satay were classically prepared as you would expect in a Thai restaurant.
For our main dish, we loved the Pad Prik King with beef! It was well balanced with a decent amount of vegetables and spice that wasn’t overpowering and gave it flavor in addition to heat. The sesame chicken was also well made with a moist interior, crunchy battered outside and a sauce that was not overly sweet. The vegetables in this dish were well prepared with a bite to them.
This is a great place to accommodate large groups because the dining room is large and the parking lot is huge. Definitely check them out!
The place looks nice and is well done ambience-wise, but the quality doesn’t match the appearance. We started with drinks — a lychee martini, mango mai tai, and watermelon margarita. The mango and watermelon drinks were extremely diluted and tasted more like flavored water. When I mentioned this, the bartender was initially dismissive, though he did allow a drink change. The lychee martini was just okay.
For starters, we had veggie spring rolls and chicken satay — both were average and forgettable. The red Thai curry had decent flavor but was very watery, overloaded with vegetables and barely any curry. The drunken noodles were overly salty and tasted like noodles tossed mainly in soy sauce.
To top it off, one of the plates served was dirty (photo attached), which really impacted the experience.
Despite the nice-looking space, the restaurant lacks consistency, quality, and attention to detail. Definitely not visiting again.
I got the Pad Se Ew and a Lychee martini along with delicious spring rolls ( not pictured), everything came out super fast & so delicious!
The staff was extremely sweet & attentive but not pushy and for someone that gets cold pretty easily it was an amazing temperature in here lol. I definitely recommend if your looking for some good authentic Thai food!
The drunken noodles had a ton of vegetables, but was a tad too sour- tasted like a little too much tamarind?
The green curry, which showed 2 chili peppers, was bland!
Food aside, it’s the service that threw us off! The server was so obnoxiously rude, actually barking at me when I was trying to place my order! Her attitude stayed surly for the whole evening.. There were only 4 occupied tables at that time, so it wasn’t like she was busy.
Situated in the shops of Dunwoody shopping center next to the Dunwoody Tavern, Nai Thai serves up exceptionally prepared Thai cuisine.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is quaint, and the service is quick and attentive.
We generally order takeout, but have dined in and the service has been wonderful.
We cannot recommend enough, the Thai fried rice, the Pad Thai, the Rama Curry and the Ginger. Whether you add tofu, chicken or any other protein, you cannot go wrong.
The portions portions are far more than expected.
They are happy to take special orders, such as extra veggies, or leaving a certain ingredient out.
Highly recommended
Delicious food, amazing service!
Nick (The owner very friendly)
