Good place to take the family. Stopped in twice. Once for lunch and again for dinner on another nite. Service was good, atmosphere pleasant. For lunch we ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap, and a Ruben. Both were delicious and would reorder. Typical bar food. For dinner, we had the prime rib dinner. It was good for the price and for the price I would order it again. Salad was good but nothing special. Beer was cold and delicious… Good place to eat and somewhere I will go back to.

Staff was very attentive. She checked on us often. Food was great. I had the Philly French dip however my sweet potato fries we a bit on the burnt side. My 2 year old granddaughter loved the monkeys hanging from the ceiling. It kept her entertained.

If you are a large group don’t come here. We got treated so bad and then they still charged 20 percent gratuity when they didn’t deserve it. My mom asked for a mojito and the mint was black and the lime was not fresh at all. They had an attitude with her (server and manager) when she told them and they remade it and lime on the side but it was still bad. My little cousin threw up on accident and the server immediately had an attitude and told my uncle to take him to the bathroom. Their overall attitude and atmosphere was so negative towards us. We are from out of state. We have never been treated this way at other restaurants. We will never come here again we don’t recommend it. Also if you pay with a card you get charged a fee and they don’t even tell you about it.

Went on a Saturday mid afternoon in March after attending the Deer & Turkey expo at the Kalahari. Sports bar type atmosphere. Was told there would be 10-15 min wait, we maybe waited 6 min at most. Can get drinks at the bar while you wait.
Good: Service was excellent, food came out fast and was very good. Kids menu items get served on a frisbee which they get to keep.
Con: Portions are not that big for what you pay so I took one star of for that, not because it wasn’t good. You are in the tourist trap of the Dells and IMO is over priced by 25-30% but it is what it sometimes.
Overall: Definitely recommend and would go back

We attempted to come here one night on our way back to our hotel, they were closing early due to weather. Nice of them to close early for their staff to get home safely.
We came back the next night and had a great experience.
Our server, Ash, was great. She gave us good recommendations and was great to chat with.
I got the Monks Tacos and let Ash choose the meat. She chose the cod, and I loved them.
My husband got the Garlic Parmesan and Chipotle BBQ wings. He thought they could use more sauce and lacked flavor. I thought the flavor was great, but they could use a little more sauce.
My daughter got the chicken nuggets and fries. They were both delicious. They also came on a Frisbee she got to keep.
For dessert, we got the Reese Peanut Butter Pie and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae. Both were delicious.

Great fresh meat and tender tasting burger. Had the Monks mushroom and Swiss burger. Really good. My wife and I tried margaritas. Hers was standard and mine strawberry. We tried each other’s drinks and both were not quite made right. They came in plastic Monks cups. Tasted off and looked cheap. Atmosphere was really nice though and our server was great overall we enjoyed it.

Service was okay, our server was super friendly but maybe she wasn’t having the best day. Atmosphere gets a 3 because we went on a busy afternoon/night and it was very loud. If you are into tvs this is the place for you. The food is very good, we are an appetizer family and we enjoy them so much we don’t order off the normal menu sometimes. They have tons of options for everybody even your picky eater.

Particularly disappointing food. I can’t say a whole lot bad. My burger tasted like a burger. The toppings tasted like they should. It was cooked to order. But yet it was strangely disappointing. Unseasoned hamburger, even if cooked appropriately doesn’t really taste that good and is hard to cover up the bland flavor no matter what it is topped with. A few members of my party had bonus toppings smashed into the burger, or possibly bun, as if the cooktop hadn’t been cleaned or cleared very well. Spinach and artichoke dip was also pretty bland. The best part of the whole dinning experience wast the sweet potato fries. Service was on par. As should be expected in the service industry.

This place has the best customer service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. My daughter wasn’t eating her Mac and cheese (I hadn’t even noticed) and our server came to ask if something was wrong with it. She said there was some spice or something that she didn’t like, and just wanted plain Mac and cheese, and without missing a beat, he let us know that he would be right back with exactly what she wanted. Within just a couple minutes he was back with freshly made Mac and cheese. I will definitely be back here the next time I’m in the Dells!
