First, staff were great. This review is a concern about the level of staffing observed today. They had 1 cook and 1 carhop at 330. We waited for over 20 minutes for a couple corn dogs and a couple burgers that we ordered ahead. We were in a hurry and this almost caused us to be late. I would expect at that point to see more supervisors or the general manager present and working. Otherwise, you cant run a store at that staffing level, so the option would be to close. Clearly some issues at this location with management.

The girl that brought our food out to the stalls seemed to be rushing as shes basically dropping the drinks in my hand even though there was one other car in a stall. Afterwards, me and my friend were talking, we stayed past 11 in my car for 3 minutes and a lady came out and yelled at us to leave, when we didn’t move right away she continued to yell at us. She was leaving anyway! If you don’t have customer service skills maybe don’t deal with the customer yourself. This was my first time at a Sonic so if they had rules on parking after close then news to me. Won’t be coming back anyways.

They had all but 3 drive up slots blocked with cones, I should have went there of we didn’t have car of indecisiveness. Then ordered 2 drinks, of small size and waited 14 minutes for those drinks to finally come to the car and thats after the screen had said someone was on the way with it but ended up not coming to my car. I called in to check and was told they were bringing it out right now, I let them know the screen said that prior, took the drinks said thank you but will not be back.

My partner and I stopped by after a very long and stressful day for two pops. It was late at night, and the app was yet again experiencing technical problems. I spoke with Lydia who had EXCELLENT customer service and was able to help me out. App problems are so common for Sonic it seems, but not only did Lydia take it in stride despite the fact that the employees have no control over the app, she improved my night and put a smile on my and my husband’s faces. My only regret from this visit was not having more cash on hand for a tip.

I get that they’re busy. Totally understandable. Also, mistakes get made. I get it. 5 times wrong in the past year, though,? I don’t get it. It’s a simple order. Mustard and mayo only on the burger. Not add mustard and mayo. SMDH.

UPDATE 05012021: I was offered coupons in response to this, which is fine except for the fact that they are “with a purchase” as if I wanna roll the dice on paying for food to be given to me wrong again with my wallet. Nope. In addition, I went to another location here in town and they got it correct first try. Imagine that…like every other restaurant I’ve been to in forever except this particular location that cannot get it right.

would give 0 stars if I could. waited for 15 mins for the food to come out and half of our order was missing. 15 more mins go by and the rest of the food is cold and still no food or worker to be found. We had to get out of the car and go find someone to finally get the other half of our order. Atrocious service and ridiculous wait time for a ‘fast food’ establishment.

The gal who brought out my meal, Lydia, was a sweetheart. But the manger who took my order made me repeat everything, and then charged me separately for something that was supposed to be a combo. Then when i pull out my chilli cheese coney it had some type of paper stuck in it. Will not be back to this sonic.

My husband and I just left this location. Unwrapped our “#3” (SuperSONIC Bacon Double CheeseBurger) to find it is just a single-Patty cheese burger, no bacon. A bit irritating, as they also did not give us our receipt. Essentially, we overpaid and ultimately did not get what we purchased.

I stopped by for a late breakfast after a chiropractor appt. I was craving some French toast Stix but I knew I needed some real food too. When I pulled up I was happy to.see the screens were working. They don’t at some locations
I ordered a bacon and egg toaster combo with tots and a diet coke. I added on the French toast stix for dessert.
Service was taking a little longer than usual but I could tell something wrong.
There was only one car hop serving everyone. I could hear some people in other cars yelling about the wait.
I had already tipped on the screen but when she brought out my food I gave her another dollar and commented on how busy she was. She was cool and collected when she said 2 people had called in. So one person was doing the work of 3.
My order was correct and the perfect temp. The toaster was cooked just right. I ate while I was there and threw away my trash in one of the cans on the patio.
