Service was horrible claimed they didn’t have bread available and that I have to wait 30 minutes for my sandwich when I ordered at 7:50pm and didn’t receive my meal until 8:55pm and still made my sandwich incorrectly what a shame

This subway sucks, I ordered a toasted sandwich with extra toppings. They toasted my sandwich so much where there it is hard to bite the bread, and the toppings were thrown onto the sandwich. There wasn’t any extra toppings and I couldn’t taste the mayo.

We went to use th BOGO foot long coupon running until 06/22/2024. The store turned their online ordering off. We asked if they would still honor the coupon since we literally could not order online, the employees both said no. This location is listed as participating with the coupon online as well….why offer this if you’re just going to turn online ordering off? Doesn’t make much sense.

Tried to place an order online. Online ordering was turned off so I went in person. Another customer was having the same issue and asked to use the BOGO deal, the staff just whispered among themselves and said they didn’t think they could do that. So that customer didn’t get the deal and neither did I. How are you going to shut off online ordering if the only way you can use the deal is by doing it online? Fix your issues.

Big shout out to Nicholas! 2/24/23 – My ten year old always orders the same thing and he said tonight was the very best it was ever made. Nicholas took his time and made it exactly how he wanted it. Most Subways assume he wants it toasted and throws it all together. So, thank you, Nicholas for making his night with the “best sandwich ever”

Cucumber slices were bad. Handled the next sub after handling jalapeno peppers didn’t care if it bothered person eating the sub. Poor service only one took the orders and fixed subs. Meanwhile the co-worker flitted about and when she helped she didn’t ask what size of drink we wanted.
