I was shocked at how amazing the steaks are at this place! Flavor, quality, service and price all receive an A+!!! Be sure to get on the waitlist ahead otherwise it could be a long wait. The steaks here rival any renown steakhouse in the country. I highly recommend it!

This place always goes above and beyond. The food and atmosphere is always top notch. I go here a lot. Tonight for example, there was a mix up with my order. Honest mistake, no big deal…to me anyway. But for the staff, they were so empathetic and concerned that my order was not right. They took it to heart. Not only did they correct my meal in a timely fashion, I was given a gift card for a free appetizer on my next visit. They also gave me my dish for free, gave me a big bag full of bread to take home. And 4 bags of peanuts. They didn’t need to do all that, but it was incredibly generous of them. Mistakes happen and if you treat people with respect, it comes right back at you. Our waiter was super cool. So I tipped him the money I would have paid for my meal if management didn’t deduct it from my bill. This place rocks and I will continue to visit this place every time I’m in the mood for a great steak.

Amazing, incredibly friendly and attentive waiter (Aaron) who was accommodating to not only my non-verbal son, but also to my food needs with Crohn’s Disease. Food was delicious, and made and brought out quickly. We went the day after Valentines Day, and we will definitely be back again! Best service at any restaurant we’ve had in years!

We love the New Hartford Texas Roadhouse! We have dined at many Texas Roadhouses & New Hartford is our absolute favorite! That said, we did have a somewhat disappointing visit there recently. While all the food was top notch as always, our female server did not demonstrate the warm & friendly hospitality we have grown to appreciate. We arrived shortly after they opened on a Monday & she was pushy & short with us from the very beginning. We had an email for a free appetizer & ordered that according to the instructions while showing her the email. She even took a pic of it with her phone. We had drinks from the bar & ordered full mid-priced steak dinners. We were not being cheap in any way about our meal. Just before it was time to settle our bill, my husband showed his ID that he was a 1st responder. She left & came back to advise the check was tallied & available on the table-top kiosk. We gave her a gift card for $30.00 we had along with a $5.00 bonus card we received when we purchased the $30.00 card before the holidays and told her we would pay the balance in cash. She said we couldn’t use the $5.00 card b/c my husband used his 1st responder discount. Didn’t seem relevant but we let it go. After she took our cash, I wondered if she had taken the price of the appetizer off our check. When she came back, she said “No, can’t use that b/c you used his 1st responder’s discount.” The price of the app exceeded the discount he rec’d. Seems she should have told us the we could only use one or the other so we could determine which one was the better value especially in these economically challenging times. She definitely lacks the necessary communication skills to explain company policies to your customers effectively while also she also left us feeling without any goodwill about the payment process. We realize this is a one-off experience & it will not effect our visiting Texas Roadhouse in the future, we just wanted you to know about this particular event. Also wanted to mention that I used the women’s restroom & it could use a little bit of deep-cleaning. The very last stall had what I could only describe looking like old dried vanilla milkshake all over the black interior stall walls & hardware. Some spray cleaner & a scrub brush would make quick work of tidying that up.

I mean come on, it’s Texas Roadhouse. Unlimited delicious rolls, great comfort food. This specific location is usually pretty busy but I’ve never had a bad wait. Plenty of parking, great staff.

Very good experience. Food was very good. I ordered a 20oz ribeye with sweet potatoe. The meal was a 8 out of ten and had exceptional service. The bread and butter was amazing as always. Very good meal. I also ordered a salad.

Not enough stars to give this place! Our geographical diverse family got together here to surprise our mother on her birthday and the staff here were highly accommodating to our large party and birthday surprise (including cake) requests. Beyond that, the food was top tier and timely. Zach (our waiter) was the best from start to finish. Kind of wish we were local so we could eat here more often!
