Last night I had the pleasure of a stunning Clearwater Beach sunset, a beer, a delicious meal and great live music at Crabby’s Beachside Pavilion. I’ve enjoyed sunsets and great meals at the old Palm Pavillion since my first visit in 1974. Crabby’s Beachside Pavillion bought out the original owners and I can attest they took a great beach bar and made it better. I had the tuna bowl and honestly the tuna was perfectly grilled alongside half an avocado and tasty rice. My congratulations to Beachside Hospitality Group for not messing with a good thing. 🙂

What a huge improvement from when this was the Palm Pavilion. A new company has taken over, and it shows immediately. The place is bright, clean, and very welcoming — even the bathrooms were spotless.
Service was excellent. We started with drinks (delicious specialty cocktails) and ordered several appetizers to try things out — calamari, wings, and nachos. Everything was great, and the nachos were my favorite.
For dinner, the filet mignon was outstanding, street corn was delicious, ribs were fantastic, and the coconut shrimp was very fresh — you could tell it was breaded in-house. Fresh fish was excellent too. Prices were very fair, music was great, and the sunset was perfect. We’ll definitely be back.

Crabby’s did a great job keeping the integrity of the Pavillion. Food is very good too. I enjoyed the hog fish with street corn. It was a seamless transition. Congratulations to both parties in this transition. Thank you Crabby’s for keeping our favorite beach restaurant. Fine work!

We had an amazing dinner at Palm Pavilion last night, one of Clearwater Beach’s true gems! The atmosphere couldn’t have been better, beachfront dining, live music drifting through the air, and the perfect view of the sunset over the Gulf.
The staff was friendly and the service was great. We ordered the coconut shrimp (crispy and golden perfection!) and a grilled shrimp bowl that was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Washed it all down with a crisp Angry Orchard Hard Cider while the sky turned pink and gold.
If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with good food, beach vibes, and live music just steps from the sand, Palm Pavilion is the place to be. Highly recommend catching sunset here it’s pure Florida magic.
Parking is close, but can be hard to find during peak hours.

Amazing Cold Evening;
We had a fun, cozy evening at this beachside place. The heaters kept us warm, even with the cold winds blowing outside. The place is right on the beach with yummy food. Lot of veg options. We loved the shrimp and vegan burger.
Most go to for live fun filled music.
Looking forward to going again.

This place was worth every second of wait time. The view was phenomenal the food was great and the music was even live and decent kinda loud but it kinda added to the experience of it all. Our server can’t think of his name but he was great kept drinks full and was very helpful with the menu. This picture was our view.

This is the place to go for a sunset! Great beachside vibe with live music and a stunning sunset! I like going here often. The food is decent with a large selection and the outside seating with bar, music and being in the beach is wonderful. I usually bring visitors here because the sunsets are just perfect. One downfall is you have to pay for parking but you do everywhere in this area and they will ticket!

PERFECT In every way! Right on the gulf beach, white sand, beautiful sunshine, wonderful sunsets, good food, cold drinks, excellent service! This place is fun with live music, good vibes, and friendly service. Everyone was having a great time, watching sports on TVs, and listening to good live music. Chips, salsa, and freshly-made guac was perfect! Beers are cold! Love it!

Had the best shrimp po boy! The fries were the best I’ve had in Clearwater. Great atmosphere. There was live entertainment when I was there on Sunday.
