it’s hit or miss on hot food. We had hot yummy food. Then we had cold food that wasn’t worth paying for. U get food fast or u can wait 30mins. It’s definitely kid friendly. The employees are nice just wish they had a consistency on hot food.

The service was horrible, I called in to ask for some ketchup since there wasn’t any option on doordash and the girl asked for my name so I have it to her she confirmed my order and agreed to put some in. Just to get my food with no ketchup idk about u but who eats dry French fries. March 2nd at 3:35 pm

Went there last night 1/25/2026 at 5:30 pm. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was horrible. The bacon was under cooked and I ended up sick most of the night.

Every single piece of my order was wrong. I placed an online order and stood inside waiting for 20 minutes. Kid who was working on my order was told to go on break so he just walked away in the middle of packing my order. When I asked him what was going on with it he told me he was off the clock. Rude. I normally dont have a problem but this was ridiculous. I probably won’t go back unless I’m desperate.

I was looking forward to the opening. They were doing training this past week-end and seemed to be getting ready for the grand opening. The building and set-up looks great. On my first visit, I have a few thoughts, The Interior was mixture of modern and decor that was celebrating Dairy Queen’s history. It was really put together well. The staff was excellent, they were very fast and yet polite and conversational. I had a flamethrower burger, which basically two burger patties with hot/spicy sauce on each bun. Fries were good, you know it’s still fast food, but DQ basically known for ice cream and cakes. They kinda nailed the food in this location, still working on a FULL review…..

Tried to walk in at 8:15 to avoid the drive thru because it was 18-20 cars deep. Door was locked. I was told they had no staff. He helped me and made a great blizzard after letting me in. I felt bad because it was only him pretty much working, Management pay attention to this and pay your staff, maybe then they will come to work because they are earning real money.

Idk, it seems like every time I come in here it’s a 30 minute wait. Even if the lobby is empty. I’m a doordash driver AND someone who has worked in the fast food industry. There is NO reason I should be waiting 30 minutes for an order! If you want quick and speedy service, look somewhere else. If you want your order to be accurate, go somewhere else. If you want to be stared at by employees in the back, come here ig if that’s your thing. But come onnn, I was supposed to pick up an order at 1:18pm, I am still standing here waiting for a combo meal and a salad at 1:41pm. What in the actual hell is going on at this business. I’ll edit this post with a pickup time update

For some reason this DQ in particular is horrible. They need some serious different help here! Just got delivery for about the 3rd time with missing items. Got a kids chicken strip meal and received the milk, a rock hard green banana and dilly bar. NO CHICKEN! It was the only food item in the order, like seriously? And when I go in person its usually the same with forgetting items but at least I can run back in. I order delivery for the convenience of not having to take my toddler out of the house and its still a headache. Thank god for Doordash customer service! Probably giving up after this one.
