I ordered a dozen donuts, the sprinkle box (like I do every Thursday), and one of them looked like it had been dropped on the floor. It had dirt, hair, and other nasty stuff stuck to it. They really served that to a customer! That’s disgusting. If they’ll drop a donut on the floor and still serve it, who knows what else goes on there. I’m done, never going back.

I ordered ahead using the app. Picking up my order was easy. Once I got to work I noticed one of my ordered items was missing. Luckily I work right around the corner and was able to run back quickly and they provided me the missing item with no questions or problems. Love their kolaches.

I got the twelve assorted donuts. The two ladies in the front were so sweet and helpful. It was a very clean and quiet atmosphere. I had a great experience just choosing the different donuts. I did not know that the apple fritter was considered a pastry. Those are my favorite. I will be returning.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this Shipley if your looking for quality fresh donuts and kolaches. Alright so I am not a Shipley fan as it is but when hunger strikes you grab what’s there instead of investigating. I am pretty sure those donuts were days old maybe even a week old. Dry and hard beyond disappointing. I don’t live in temple I drive up to go to the H-E-B which I love. The kolaches bread was hard and crunchy I already have a tumor in my mouth I appreciate soft kolaches and fresh donuts. I would even say this location can be closed it was not worth my time nor money. Why are the donuts in a Halloween box? This was a sure indicator of bad quality
