This place has such a great vibe we just had to take our out-of-town friends there. We got seats right away as it was midafternoon and weather was cool. Our waitress Cortney was very good she answered any questions we had and took our orders fast. I got the Swimming Pig, which was Smoked Pulled BBQ Pork, Cole Slaw & Jumbo Onion Ring on a Toasted Brioche Bun with Fries. My wife and our friends got seared Ahi Tuna Tacos and a Beef Brisket. Our food came out fast and it was all so good. Loved the live music above the bar and by the way the bar is all just a large fish tank that you sit at. The bar and dining area are on the 2nd floor; they have stairs or an elevator to get there. The entire front of the place is open for a specular view and some great pics. I can’t say anything bad about this place as to me it is always amazing every time we go there and besides that where else can you go and get a drink inside a real Pineapple. They even have their own large smoker right outside to make sure they serve you the best food. This is our go to place when we get visitors or just need a quick attitude adjustment. I must give this place 5 out of 5 stars for the vibe, the food, the great service and great views.

At the heart of this visit were the onion rings—perhaps the best in the galaxy. Perfectly golden, light yet crisp, and stacked tall like a training tower for Padawans. The dipping sauce? Fantastic. Balanced, flavorful, and worthy of a second (or third) dip without hesitation.
The sweet smoked half chicken arrived tender, juicy, and infused with just the right amount of smoke. Paired with a scoop of creamy potato salad, it made for a meal both comforting and powerful in its simplicity. No distractions, no shortcuts—just food done right.
To quench the heat of battle, the cranberry lime ginger mule mocktail proved a wise choice. Bright, refreshing, and well-balanced, it held its own without missing the spirits. A refreshing companion for a sunny coastal mission.
Service was fast and friendly, with plates arriving swiftly and smiles freely given—always appreciated when hunger strikes. Between the laid-back island atmosphere and consistently solid execution, this is a stop worth saving in the holocrons.
If you find yourself near Bimini Bait Shack, trust the Force—and order the onion rings. Regret, you will not.
Little disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and very much enjoyed the live music. Open patio/balcony is where we chose to dine which was very nice. Little warm and humid but still nice. Everything is open A/C is not on with the open air concept. Food was somewhat okay. Everything was mostly over cooked (fries, onion rings, Calamari) and the fry oil– probably time to change it. Onion Rings were soggy and pricy for what you got. Calamari was a little fishy as well as very tuff and chewy. Service was fair no complaints. Just disappointed with the food. The flavor is there but feel everything was just over cooked and the fry oil was old. Fries ended up almost hollow from being overcooked. My burger was well done verse medium as requested. And I don’t ever send anything back if still an going to continue to eat. would like to try it again maybe just had an off day today. As I said the flavors are there just over cooked. If this helps give it a like .
