We had a wonderful experience at Bharat Bistro Indian Cuisine in Palmer Park Mall, Easton, PA.
We ordered the Shaam Savera, Garlic Naan, and Lachcha Parantha — and everything was absolutely delicious. The Shaam Savera was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right blend of spices. The Garlic Naan was fresh and soft with a great garlic aroma, and the Lachcha Parantha was beautifully layered and crisp — just the way it should be.
What truly made our visit special was that one of the co-owners, Maria, personally came to our table to check on us and ask how the food was. She was very humble, warm, and genuinely cared about our experience, which added such a personal touch.
Great food, welcoming hospitality, and a lovely dining atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was really good and full of authentic Indian flavors. We ordered the tandoori chicken pav bhaji , lamb shank ,paneer butter masala, which was rich, creamy, and very flavorful. The dal with double tadka was also excellent-perfectly cooked with a nice balance of spices. Definitely a good spot for quality Indian food. Would recommend!i

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could tell a lot of care went into the preparation. The portions were generous and well worth the price.

We really enjoyed our meal at Bharat Bistro! We had the Pani Puri and Chaat Veg appetizers and a mix of different entrees: my Sham Savera was SO flavorful (highly recommend), and my parents seemed to also enjoy their shrimp curry (good for my dad who’s not too big on spice!) and my mom, who said her lamb entree was very tender. The service is top notch, and everyone was very helpful with helping us pick out dishes. Food also came out very timely, and the space is cozy and clean. Would recommend and we’ll be back!

Love, love, love bharat bistro ! This is one of our become regular spots because they nail the classics every time. The chats are always fresh and packed with flavor, and their drinks menu is awesome (we’ve tried them all!). We appreciate how welcoming they are; it’s definitely kid-friendly, which makes dinner so much easier. Highly recommend checking it out

We were feeling hungry and wanted to try some new place for indian food. Lucking we found this new place which was also surprisingly halal. When we entered, the place was beautifully decorated with lights and the ambience was perfect. We were greeted by the the nice restaurant staff. Their menu is huge ranging from south indian, to biryani, to indo asian. We ordered Mysore masala Dosa and vada pav as appetizer which was perfectly spicy and had a kick of flavors. Our main course was chicken korma, and naan which was also really good. We will be coming back here!

Wonderful and attentive service. The food is amazing. You can request the level of spiciness. Many options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians alike. We’ve dined in and also gotten take-out. Three times in one week! Glad they opened up this restaurant in the Palmer Park Mall nearby Boscov’s.
