The food is amazing, the service is good, the portion sizes are generous and the prices are decent, however indoor seating is almost impossible due to the spiced fumes coming from kitchen behind the counter. Ordered the Smash burger which was really well grilled and had a perfect taste. The Philly Cheesesteak was made to perfection and really big in size, though the melted cheese was used a bit generously on it. The fries are the best thin cut you will find around. The menu is of decent size and has predominantly meat based items, however, vegetarian items are also available. The indoor decor has been done very well however the only downside is that the kitchen is behind the counter and the grilling fumes do not make their way out, making it hard to breathe. It’s better to order the food and use the restaurant’s own outdoor seating. While sitting outside you will get strong drafts of wind by any large vehicle passing by on the road. There is also a dance cafe right next to this restaurant so before and after the class there is a large and noisy crowd in their outdoor seating area. This is in busy downtown area so parking is a little difficult to find. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible. Highly recommended for the food.

First of all, the place is incredibly clean, organized, and clearly taken care of with attention. The moment you walk in, you get that “fresh and hygienic” feeling. Both the kitchen and seating area look spotless, and that level of cleanliness really builds trust with the customer.
Now the burgers… the quality is obvious. The meat tastes great, the buns are soft and fresh, and the sauces are perfectly balanced. Every bite feels like it was prepared carefully, not like a typical fast-food rush job. Even the fries are clean, crispy, and not oily at all.
Service is fast, friendly, and positive. And I especially want to thank Owais. His hospitality, professionalism, and genuine customer care are amazing. The way he pays attention to details, helps with every question, and stays warm and welcoming makes the whole experience even better. Owais definitely raise the standard in the service industry.
Overall, this is exactly the kind of place that should become more common. Clean, delicious, and worth every visit. Highly recommended.

Most horrible food ever!! We got the spicy chicken burger, tenders and loaded fries. Don’t be fooled by 2 tiktok videos of lying influencers and eat here.
Chicken strips were extremely oily, oil was literally dripping and they were tasteless.

Really good food. You’ll spend around $17 here for a meal with burger, drink, and fries.
The food was delicious. The granite tables and white light environment aren’t the ambience that I like. The staff were talking a lot which is fine but can be noisy for some people.
Great service and the food didn’t take long at all.
The fries are good, almost like McDonald’s style fries.
The single smash burger I had was delicious. It included lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and a smashed beef patty with some mayo style sauce.
The cheese is a classic American processed cheese which is best for a good burger though some people may want something a little more gourmet.
I want to give this place a 4.5/5 stars but it won’t let me.
Overall excellent place for an affordable and delicious bite.
Will definitely be back for their beef wrap.

I was craving a smash burger so I googled something close to where I was. This place came up. I went during lunch hour but there was no one sitting inside. There are some tables setup outside. I don’t recommend to sit inside unless you’re okay with getting smoked in by the kitchen grilling up burgers. I got the double smash burger and it was good but not the best I’ve tasted but it satisfied my craving. The fries were very good! Service was a little slow but there was only one guy on shift at that time and he was taking orders and cooking them up.

Decided to try this place because it was halal and nearby, and wow, what an absolute gem of a place!! Easily the best burger I’ve had in Vancouver by far!
I got the double smash burger and it was perfection! The meat was tender and juicy, the cheese was melted and delicious without being overpowering. I don’t know how you can perfect a burger because they’re pretty straightforward, but the folks at Cheese Slap have it down to a science.
Service was friendly and the place was very nice and clean as well. Can’t wait to drag friends and family back here!! Keep up the great work!

We got some double slap smash burgers, tandoori chicken burgers, fries, and a BBQ chicken pizza. The smash burgers were some of the best we’ve had anywhere! The patties were surprisingly large for a smash burger and we liked the veggies to brighten it up. Tandoori chicken burger was vibrant, flavorsome, and texturally diverse. And speaking of textures, the sesame seeds on the BBQ chicken pizza crust was a welcome surprise!
Would highly recommend all around. Plus it was made by someone who was very passionate about the food!
