My grandparents and I ate here for lunch! We had a very nice waitress, didn’t get her name but she had a rosary tattoo on her hand and was so very sweet. Our food was amazing and didn’t take long at all. The restaurant was also clean and the atmosphere was great!!! The waitress was working so hard, not sure if she was working alone, but she deserves to be compensated and recognition!

I walked in to the restaurant. I was greeted warmly. I informed the employee that I was there to partake of the salad bar. I was promptly seated. The restaurant was clean as was my table and bench seat.
The contents of the salad bar were fresh and at the proper temperature.
They will be back again and again.

I haven’t been inside a Pizza Hut in a long time and it was amazing to finally find one that you could go in. Loved that it had a traditional salad bar and feel. Pizza/breaksticks/ and wings were pretty solid. Service was great. Will come back.

On top of the delicious food and clean well kept dining space, the staff is top notch. Every experience we have had at Richland Center Pizza Hut has been fantastic service. We even had personal help from the manager Austin, when debating on who gets the greater share of garlic sauce. He stepped in and said there is more where that came from, brought us more sauce, and saved Lunch! Thank You

FRIES came long before wings.
Server informed us she brought the fries out while still hot.
When questioned why not cook at same time she said well I could have let them get cold and bring them out.

I ordered the Detroit pizza it is new, I will be straightforward I ordered it close to close. I then received a call about 2 minutes after I placed my order asking me if I wanted to “cancel my order” not replace my order because “they did not at the Detroit crossed for the rest of the night, today.” I asked if it was g”one for good” he said “no I’ll have it tomorrow” It is awkward silence for a second, and said “well, can I have a large pepperoni and cheese instead?”. I received a very lightly cooked medium pizza, sadly,
this is the most overpriced medium pizza. And no recipt..It’s kind of disheartening how i”nconvenienced” the worker was. I was not rude, and, I have had this “out for the day” issue multiple times, this time, the pizza is not very good. I had to cooked it a little more..I was looking forward to the Detroit style pizza as well… Too bad it was an inconvenience for the workers…

Used to be good, quality is slipping. As it’s the only delivery place in town I order Pizza Hut frequently and usually they’ve been good, but over the past few weeks the quality of everything has been getting worse. Nearly every time I order wings it’s obvious they haven’t even shaken the container and there isn’t enough sauce, when I order the Quepapas they FREQUENTLY forget the cup of ranch sauce, when I order the salads it’s very inconsistent as whether or not the croutons are already on the salad or in a cup of I even get any at all. And TODAY I ordered a pizza and it arrived all screwed up! I don’t even know how you mess up a pizza this bad. Extremely disappointed. I pay a $3.29 delivery fee for this? Also 80% of the time my single delivery instruction of “please don’t knock” is ignored. Only reason they’re still in business must be they’re the only delivery here.
