If you are looking for southern—fried, homestyle and plenty of food and tea….come on in. You fill up in the fixing before your entree gets there. When you get there they bring out a bowl of each of these: white beans, hushpuppies, coleslaw and some onions. By the time my fried liver gets there I am stuffed! Not open every day and there may be a small wait..but its worth it. Love me som fired chicken liver and gravy.:-)

We had a wonderful experience with a party of 8. The food came out fast and hot. Our server took great care of us. The sweet tea is sugar coma inducing yummy. Check them out! Our only advice to the restaurant cook is to prep the catfish by trimming off the dark bits prior to frying. That one change will bring me back a second time and likely greatly improve your business. The fish is only 3 out of 5 stars for me. It’s average, but has potential. Service was 5 out of 5.

I will not be back…. Service was mediocre but the food. No just no. The catfish the first round of all you can eat was great other than the old grease you can see from the color of the catfish. The second round had slime inside. Also the prices are a bit insane other than on specials days. No thanks.

If you’re looking for a simple but good southern meal this is the place. Love that they start you off with the “fixins” of white beans coleslaw hushpuppies and pickles. I don’t usually like coleslaw but it was so good I practically ate a whole bowl. And the fixins are all you can eat. Catfish was delightful. I preferred that to the fried in bone chicken. It just had more flavor. They offer all you can eat fish (catfish) on Thursday for $18.50 and Sunday all you can eat chicken dinner $14.50. I will be going back for sure.

It’s been years since I have been to this place. The Mrs’ likes Catfish so we visited this place. The place was so packed and very busy. Best fried catfish in town. Free coleslaw, white beans, and hush puppies while you wait on your order. It’s definitely worth visiting if you like catfish. There’s other stuff on the menu, but it’s known for its fried catfish and sweet tea.

Very very family oriented and owned, very local warm and delicious – fixings are their side dishes – unlimited, hush puppies impossible to stop eating so beware! Fried chicken is great and prices are great! They do close at the time specified so arrive accordingly :))).

Wow! Just wow! Old times came flooding back. Old fashioned fried catfish with Cole slaw hush puppies fried taters white beans. Big Mason Jar of Sweet tea. Absolutely delicious. Fast friendly service with a smile. Who could want for more? Highly recommend

First time here from Chicago. The food was delicious! When they brought out all the fixins we were shocked. Those hush puppies are crazy good! I got the shrimp and my husband got the cat fish both things were so good and fresh tasting. The server was so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!
