Yay! ARBY’S, HOW I HAVE MISSED YOU!! This was sooooo good! The one in Odessa. Tx, closed:( I was delighted to eat at this one in Midland. It was clean, inviting and the food was great! We had the beef in cheddar, no red ranch, extra cheese, potatcakes,potatoes, chicken tenders and the peach cobbler! I definitely recommend the peach cobbler. We will dine here again!!!

Ordered a chicken cordon blue meal and was given a free beef n Cheddar with my order as a promo for spendingover $20 (which is the first item on my receipt) never got my beef n Cheddar. Tried calling and line goes straight to busy tone. Its obviously not users fault as they obviously put it in correct because again, it is on the receipt. Don’t offer promotional deals if youre not going to honor them, simple as that. Arbys in west texas has gone down hill so bad.

I really love their french dip sandwiches.Although the meat was lacking,although it was the first time, I didn’t like it! Had I dined in, I would have sent it back. It was very unorganized in there tonight. I don’t know what was up but I love arby’s.
The meat is fresh and it’s not all greasy.And icky, like the rest of the places, it’s the only fast food restaurant that I go to when i’m too busy or out running errands.

It’s so refreshing to come to an establishment have your order be right Food be fresh and on top of that have the employees be friendly, helpful, and smiling in a cold world we need more people like that. Frankly, one of the better fast food restaurants in midland. The people that work here are incredible.
However, The owner should be ashamed. They have had a broken drive-through window for almost two years. It doesn’t close subjecting the workers to heat.
Just sad.

The food was pretty okay, but they slapped the cheddar on there and it barely made it on the sandwich. I opened the package and cheese got all over me. The wait in line was over 20 minutes once I ordered. The staff that handed me my food was very dry and almost rude but I kept trying to get him to engage thinking he was just having a good day. When ordering, I told him I wanted the sandwich only and he asked me literally a couple of seconds later if I wanted the meal. ♀️ Major lack of listening skills and even worse people skills. I am new to town and hope there’s another location besides this one.
