I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the treatment my friend and I received at your restaurant. We are both individuals with disabilities, and the conduct of the staff member working at the time was rude, dismissive, and deeply inconsiderate.
From the moment we interacted with this employee, the tone was impatient and curt. Simple questions were met with visible irritation, and requests that related directly to our accessibility needs were treated as though they were inconveniences rather than reasonable accommodations. Dining out should not require us to brace for hostility simply because we may need additional time, clarification, or assistance.
The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was startling. We were made to feel unwelcome in a space that is open to the public and that should be accessible to all patrons. There was no effort to communicate respectfully, no acknowledgment of our needs, and no attempt to provide service with dignity. Instead, the interaction left us feeling marginalized and disrespected.
This experience was not merely disappointing; it was unacceptable. Restaurants rely on hospitality, and hospitality begins with treating every guest with patience and respect. Disability should never be met with impatience or dismissiveness.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. No customer should leave feeling degraded or burdensome for simply asking to be served with the same consideration afforded to others.

Decided to give ‘Yummy Crab’ a try and was not disappointed. The service was good, the food was good, the prices were good, good portions of food for the price as well. We started with some very good ‘Cheese sticks & Hush puppies’, I had the ‘Cat fish & cajun fries’ and the wife had the ‘Shrimp basket’. Easy menu with up-front prices make a first time experience a breeze. We will definitely be back.

So we got a craving for a boil. We googled the top 3 locations. We selected based on travel length for location, and Yummy was the closest. We was greeted and seated without a wait even though we arrived at what I would consider mid dinner, but was pleasantly surprised to find the place nice and quiet. Video will show this.
Server came after we sat and our drinks arrived moments after. Having already studied the menu prior to arrival, we was ready. Appetizers orders and our entrees selected we ordered all st once. Toss a rack of King crab legs in that boil while you’re at it., they did.
Barely halfway thru my first drink, the appetizers arrive steaming. Catfish I mean was delicious. Without time to finish, which if they was eyeing us closer would have timed the arrival of our next placement, after the removal of our empty appetizer dishes. But the server was pleasant so that was easily overlooked.
Popping the boil open and the aroma that followed took me into the deep south. I dug in. Being cooked in the same Sauces, Everly item had it’s unique flavor. This was completed a very enjoyful weekend. I can see us returning which we will see if we can elevate this rating to a higher level. Thank you.

I usually LOVE this place because the food is always on point and the staff is wonderful, but I just ordered delivery tonight and it breaks my heart to say that the quality has severely declined. The seafood does not at all taste fresh, tastes very stale and old, and was wayyyyyy overcooked to where the shrimp AND crab turned to mush. Very disappointing as this was a splurge for a celebratory gift for my sister and I. I most likely will not return after this, unfortunately.

They tried to poison me with the chicken tenders I was trying to give a fair shot but the tenders being under cooked and the guys at counter arguing about the timer only made it worse the cajun fries were alright 6/10 but the tenders and attitude makes me want to call health department and have them inspected never again will i go there dont waste your time or money or risk your health
