Absolutely disgusting! Ordered initially through doordash, completely screwed up my pizza. Tried calling that location several times and was hung up on. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were rude and couldnt guarantee someone coming to deliver it to me. I wasn’t even too upset until I was hung up on multiple times. Don’t order from here late at night because they do not know how to make a pizza correctly

Ordered delivery and this is how they arrived. Did you guys drop them? How can you be proud of this? We called and they said the only thing they could do was remake the pizza if we bring them up there. Because it’s our word against theirs.. no thanks we will gladly go anywhere else like Domino’s, pizza hut, mazzios, heck even little caeser has better service than this. Keep sucking Papa John’s no wonder all the reviews from the last few months are not looking good either. You better turn your business around before you end up in the toilet.

Let’s do some math: A large specialty pizza is now $20, a 33% increase over a few years ago. They now put a 2″ border instead of a 1″ border, which reduces the area of toppings by 15%, but then they also reduced the topping density by about 50%, so overall the large pizza has 57% less toppings than a few years ago. So this so-called bogo deal? No, you’re really paying 33% more for 14% less…and that’s assuming they even get the order right, which is rare.

Employees tonight were really rude and just not customer friendly at all. My wings were absolute trash! Some still frozen and tasted like garbage! Had to substitute something I ordered online for something cheaper and was not offered a refund for the difference at all

Ordered 2 pizzas through the app at 1am. The papa John’s tracker told me my pizza was ready and on the way. I continued waiting for it for 2 hours and eventually my order was cancelled with no explanation or refund. Terrible service.

I came to pick up my pizza order at 11:50pm on 9/6/25 and the gentleman working there doesn’t care for his job in the slightest. He was wearing yellow sweatpants that showed his boxers and literally never set his phone down once! Scratched his groin area more than once and then immediately made the pizza; WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! That’s completely unhygienic and a health code violation! I hope the store manager/owner sees this or the health department comes in when he’s working to see how mismanaged and disgusting his behavior was when handling food.
