They have a delicious burger that truly impressed me! It was incredibly juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. Every bite tasted fresh and satisfying ✨. It honestly felt like a homemade burger, but with an even more incredible and bold flavor that made it stand out. You can really tell they put care and quality into their ingredients and preparation . This place definitely surprised me in the best way possible, and I would absolutely come back again for another amazing burger experience!

Best burger chain in the world. Normal prices here. $13 or so for a double patty char burger combo.

First time trying this fast food joint and it was much better than expected for a venue inside a shopping mall. Really enjoyed my chicken salad and banana thick shake. I would definitely go back!

They make a very nice burger and chicken sandwiches. Well worth the visit. This location is part of the food court. Some parts of the menu are a little bit pricey and others are very reasonable.

Solid burger and fries. The burger was cooked to order and flavorful. The burger could have been cooked a little less because it was a touch on the dry side. The lettuce and tomato were fresh. The fries were cooked correctly and served hot and crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. The fries were not overcooked. The fries could have used a little more salt or a dip in some more flavorful oil. The service was friendly. The set up of the mall is a little awkward because you have to walk around a lengthy bar of seats to find a seat. I would eat here again. Above average burger and good value.

A Trip Down Memory Lane, Now with Fewer Fries
There’s a special kind of disappointment that comes from revisiting a beloved spot only to find it’s not what it once was. This is the feeling that washed over me during my recent visit to a local hamburger joint, a place I had once championed for its generous portions and honest prices. My most recent experience, however, left a decidedly sour taste, and it wasn’t just from the food.

The Atmosphere and the Unspoken Promise
The setting still holds a certain nostalgic charm. It’s a classic diner aesthetic that promises a straightforward, satisfying meal. The air buzzes with the familiar clatter of cutlery and the murmur of conversations, but the feeling of abundance that once permeated the space was noticeably absent. The menus, though visually the same, now represent something different: a promise that, in my experience, is no longer kept.

The Diminished Delights
My order of four cheeseburgers and four fries arrived, and it was here that the stark reality of the changes became undeniable. The hamburgers, once a hearty handful, now seemed to have shrunk, a sad shadow of their former selves. The beef itself, which I remembered as a savory, robust patty, was a letdown. It tasted oddly bland and lacked the fresh, juicy quality I had anticipated. The fries, too, were a smaller portion, a detail that feels particularly egregious when you consider the price.

My disappointment continued with the milkshake. I ordered an avocado milkshake, and while the idea was intriguing, the execution was flawed. It was overpoweringly sweet, with a syrupy texture that masked any potential avocado flavor. After a few sips, it was clear this was a sugar bomb with little to no substance, and it went unfinished. The scant amount of actual avocado was particularly disheartening, a small detail that spoke volumes about the overall decline in quality and value.

To add insult to injury, the staff also got a portion of my order wrong, a small but frustrating mistake that capped off a subpar dining experience.

Value and Verdict
My biggest takeaway from this visit is the dramatic shift in value. I am still holding onto a receipt from two years ago, a relic of a time when this place offered a truly exceptional deal. For a lower price then, I received two cheeseburgers, two fries, two onion rings, two salads, four ice creams, and a chicken bite. Today, I paid more for just four cheeseburgers and four fries. While I understand that the cost of everything has risen, this level of inflation feels disproportionate and frankly, unjustifiable, especially when the quality and portion sizes have clearly diminished.

Verdict: I can no longer, in good conscience, recommend this restaurant. While it once represented a fantastic value for a casual, satisfying meal, it has now become a prime example of a once-great spot that has lost its way. The quality has dropped, the portions have shrunk, and the prices have skyrocketed to a point where they no longer align with what you receive. Perhaps it’s best to let the memory of what it was remain a pleasant one, and seek out new places that still understand the importance of quality, value, and a hearty burger.

I walked a half of a mile down the vegas strip to get to this place and it was worth it. The grilled chicken sandwich was so good and fresh. Nice combination of veggies including grilled onions. Service was great also. Well worth the walk for me when you are trying to eat healthy and not all of the fried stuff.

Looked perfect, tasted delicious, those Onion rings are a killer. Overall good burger, the prices are very nice for the restaurants on the strip. It was $17 fo 2 burgers, drink and a fries. Which is wayyyyyy less than other places which costed as avg $35/meal. Subway costed us $17 for nothing. So highly recommend this place.

The employees were really nice and the burgers pretty decent. The sweet potato fries were really good. It is burger joint in a shopping mall food court, not a dine in place. Price is ok for being Las Vegas.
