Dry like the Sahara desert. My wife told me, asked me, if I made you a piece of chicken like this would you eat it? Would you want to know if I’m ok. Would you be ok eating it.
Not inexpensive for a 4 piece chicken 2 sides and a drink. Chicken was not that good and the he sides were ok. I mean really you can’t screw up corn from a can and powdered mashed potatoes.
If you think flower tortillas should be heated in the microwave, you don’t know anything.
The breast was smaller then the tortillas. The drink was ice cold.

Went in to use my rewards for a free entree. The gentleman had done it right. And then vera or vero the manager came and cancelled it and was like “ sorry once the reward is cancelled we can use it again” and it’s like ? Okay so why cancel it if you know I won’t be able to use it….the food isn’t coming out your pocket mam.

I was so excited for this location to reopen so close to me but very disappointed. We went on opening day and again tonight & both times the chicken portion was almost nothing. We also ordered a burrito and it was basically a mini burrito, it was so small. As it’s a brand new location (reopening) I would expect better portions for the price

Ordered to go, I ordered the two tacos and they were cold! I also payed extra for avocado and they didn’t even put it in it. I’m am so disappointed on this location of Pollo Loco food and service.
I called multiple times and they never picked up the phone. Wy have a phone when no one will be picking it up.
There’s nothing but a younger generation working there but who are to blame are the managers or whoever is in charge.
I’m a OSHA inspector and was off duty at the time I went but I will definitely be coming back to perform a detail inspection on service, skills and housekeeping.

Restaurant was super clean and the staff were very nice. What I ordered was going to take 10 mins to make so they offered substitute options. Food was delicious and portions were generous.

Food tastes pretty good. What brings their ratings down is the chicken portions are small for the price. The sides mashed potatoes are pretty good. I’d rate this place a solid 3 out of 5. If the pieces of chicken were larger or if they would charge a few dollars less, I’d give them for sure a 4 or 5.
