My wife and I went on Saturday 2/14 for breakfast/brunch. There was a long wait, we understood that, it was very busy. We finally got seated and other tables were coming available, we were in the middle of placing our order with a very nice/polite waitress and then a “manager”, we assumed because she was bossy, anyway we were asked to get up and sit back in the waiting area until another table was available/cleaned. There was another party that was before us we were told so we got up, moved to the waiting area, then was seated at another table was literally 1 minute later. Why couldn’t the other party wait the 1 minute and be seated at the cleaned table? We were already sitting and was in the middle of our order?
We were then given a different waitress and she was rude and was not very good at her job. We asked for our waffles to come out after our meal, they arrived with our meal, we asked that they bring fresh ones when we were ready. When it was time, the waitress brought us the cold one she had brought us at the beginning. Bad, bad, bad customer service. We have had issues at this Waffle House before and just thought it was an off day so we thought we try again. Never again will I visit this location.
They also seem cater to African American consumers vs the caucasian consumer. Most of the staff are African-American. We don’t care what ethnic group visits any establishment but when I see the staff over serving one Ethnic group over another, there’s a problem. Everyone should be treated and served equally.

It was our first visit to Waffle House and we were very impressed with both the food and service. We were greeted by the staff as we walked through the door, seated quickly. Server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered a cheese omelette with hasbrowns and crispy bacon and the two egg breakfast with crispy bacon. Food arrived quickly, tasted excellent and was exactly as ordered. Coffee and orange juice were both really good. I would definitely recommend this Waffle House.

Table area was dirty old syrup was stuck on menu and everywhere. One servers was frying her some food in a pot she told me she would wipe table but never did. Food was just decent. And they gave me to go utensils.

The waitress was amazing and very attentive. However!!…and she only bagged my order. My double waffles were double nasty. I was appalled that they wouldn’t take the time to recook my waffles. I most definitely would have appreciated it. My husband had worked for Waffle House for YEARS. This would have never happened under his watch. The restaurant was notified so hopefully they will respond.

Not really a Waffle House fan before this, honestly but it was pretty good! We went with friends and I enjoyed it! Our server was excellent and our food was served quickly and piping hot! I might have changed my mind about coming here! See ya next time!

Server was a g. Lady sat at a table we were waiting for, and after a few patrons scolded her, our server told her she had to get up. Cook was quick and accurate—overheard the server say that he himself can only do like 3 plates at once but that cook can do 12!! Server was a bald white guy, so so nice and was multitasking; cleaning, taking orders, and cashing people out.

When you want a quick breakfast but not wanting to fix it yourself. Waffle House has all the trimmings. As a Travel Agent I love doing Market Research for my clients. I love researching different restaurants so that I can suggest different options for my clients. Great customer service!!!!!
