The food is good and the service has been excellent. Of course, I avoid peak hours otherwise the wait can be very long. You can use Grubhub to avoid a long wait. I prefer this food as opposed to others since is healthier than eating burgers or other fast foods offered on campus.

The manager is great and really nice and the food always tastes great. The wait is also pretty decent, especially after everyone rushes there. Only bad thing is they’ve started giving smaller portions while charging the same. I wish they would just give the same amount they used to.

Unbelievable this place used to good and give you good portions. I ordered a avocado tropichop with xtra meat and ended up getting the same amount as a regular one. Also the avocado is always green which makes it impossible to eat. This is just insulting paying extra for chicken yet none was given. Sad

Food is pretty good and affordable, but the wait can be a bit long especially during lunch hours. They also don’t have all the options that other Pollo Tropicals have. And if you order from the campus Grubhub app it doesn’t tell you when the food is ready at Pollo, you just got to check the counter.
