Currently sitting at this McDonalds waiting for my order to be remade since I had ordered through the app and requested table service. I needed to wait over 25 minutes to receive my order since they don’t know how table service works and by that time, my burger was cold and my fries were hard. The burger was bone dry and the fries were greasy and half filled. As someone who lives in the vicinity, I would not recommend coming here if you’re in a hurry and expect FAST food, or if you want decently made food.

I placed an online order for a Caramel Frap with extra drizzle that I paid for and I got a regular frap with literally a string of drizzle. I understand the restaurant fast paced work atmosphere but is it really that difficult to read an order and provide the customer with what they purchased. I’m gonna leave it to they were having a rough day but this is sad. I didn’t even want to argue about it because as a customer I could see they were busy but they should’ve at least paid more attention to provide good service.

They’re incredibly slow at making the food, as if they don’t want to be there. It takes them about 30 minutes to make just two coffees and a biscuit.

Not only did they get my order wrong, they took for ever just to fix it and get it right the second time around!!
I order the medium caramel frappe and got the SMALL CUP I even mentioned the guy if they had changed the cup sizes and he said yes!!! Which is totally false!! I called the store and they were rude about it!

I had to clean my own table with a wipe that I had in my purse. The young girls working the counter were not nice. Seems they are not happy having to work. No smiles. No greeting. They almost seemed bothered I wanted to order.

Employees were not wearing any hairnets or gloves when handling food .Manager was scratching her head near the food and a guy worker was shaking his hair near the fries .Young people go in and out the back to talk to friends. This place needs better mature adults as managers
