The Pad Thai is the BEST ive ever had. I found your food truck at Jadas Garden today in Barneveld.
I feel like so often Pad Thai is all noodles, but not here. Very generous with the chicken, green onion, sprouts and peanuts.
I already want more! Thank you!

Rafael is so kind! I asked for my pad thai extra spicy and he delivered. Will definitely come back, it was fast, tasty and had awesome flavor. The best thai food truck on East Campus Mall!

I ordered the panang curry and it was the most unflavorful curry I’ve ever had in my life. I wish I was exaggerating, but the curry was basically peanuts in coconut milk with a few crushed chilies added. The vegetables were sliced too large and undercooked. If you’re looking for good Thai food, either don’t order the panang, or don’t order from here.

I ordered the pad Thai not as spicy …and the guy asked for a review I told him it would be an honest review since I get a lot of views, anyway I told him what I was hoping this would be. About 10-15,yrs ago noodles and Co. Had this Thai dish that had peanut butter in it and it was so yummy!!! However ppl with peanut allergy and no more of this AMAZING THAI DISH?! well the Pad Thai is NOT ALL THAT!!!!! it’s like a dinner I would fix up myself with my store bought noodles, it does not have taste to it. I am so upset that I’m about to go back and ask for the OTHER DISH he told me about because the Pangang was GONE!!!! SOOOO MAD AT MYSELF FOR PAYING WHAT I PAID FOR THIS DISH!!! Update 3/7/25: I spoke with the owner he was very easy to speak with and accommodated having another meal, he offered to refund my money but I really like these guys so I wanted to leave a good review. I had the Pangang. Now this is what Thailand in a truck should taste like it’s curry and I had it when it was particularly spicy but oh my taste buds were in heaven, definitely worth the pain of eating it! They have a sweet potato Thai bowl I am going to try next the guy said it’s not as spicy as the Pangang…I wanted Thai food and that’s what I got—def worth everything! Keep up the good work guys!

Oh my holy heck. I paid $5 for tapioca pudding and got 1/4 cup ! Outrageous! Never again will I eat there.
Update: it literally has zero flavor. The mango is even bland.

I’ve tried this food truck twice at different events, and both times they overcharged and acted like it was a mistake. Menu said $12 for peanut curry with tofu (protein included), but I was charged $15 for only three tiny pieces of tofu and stale rice/curry. The portion was small, bland, and inedible; part of the rice was even stale and rotten.
Ordered Thai iced tea, which was supposed to have coconut cream, but it was just overly sweet black tea with ice. When my friend pointed it out, they admitted they were out of cream but didn’t tell customers beforehand. I saw them still selling it to others without mentioning it then acting innocent. (Fireman park event)
Mango sago was also a letdown; a tiny 4oz cup with just three small mango pieces, nothing authentic about it(wetmore park event) Overall, overpriced, poor quality, and dishonest service. Customers deserve to get what they pay for. I don’t get how their business is running still; seems like people eat pretty much anything these days.

Absolutely delicious food we have had the pad Thai, peanut curry, the spring rolls and the pork belly curry. Everything was absolutely delicious.very authentic. Wait times are well worth it! Can’t wait to meet up with this food truck again

We have eaten multiple times from Thailand in a Truck and we have never been disappointed! The Pad Thai is so full of flavor, whether you get it spicy or mild. Highly recommend Thailand in a Truck!

The food from this truck is consistently outstanding. I especially love the Pork Belly Curry and Pad Thai. And the service puts the experience over the top. The guy who operates this truck is always kind, happy, interesting, and thoughtful. For example, today I ordered the Pork Belly Curry, as mild as possible. Instead of simply selling me what he had, he said, “I’m sorry, the Pork Belly is hotter than normal today. I can give you a taste if you’d like, or I can recommend the Pad Thai.” I ordered the Pad Thai. BTW, he gets extra credit for being on the mall on a “spring” day when it is very cold, windy, and spitting rain. Give Thailand in a Truck your business.
