My wife LOVES Chic Fila. So, we’ve been to A LOT of them. Where we live, they pride themselves on how many customers they serve in an hour. I have been to THIS Chic Fila several times while visiting family and it is ALWAYS the SLOWEST Chic Fila I have ever been to. I ordered a Coke w light ice for my wife and stood in a line w only 1 cash register open. Now I’m standing in line for a while on a DRINK. The drive through line is wrapped around the building… not bc they are busy but because they are SLOW!!! Chic Fila Corporate needs to come and get this place organized. It’s ridiculous. Over 10 minutes standing in the store for a drink.

Every time I come here (take out or drive through) I’ve waited AT LEAST 15 minutes for a simple order (breakfast: #1 meal with a chicken mini 4 ct meal small hash browns. lunch: #1 meal medium and a kids meal). No matter how busy or slow it’s at least a 15 minute wait.

The young staff workers look stressed and management getting onto them OUT LOUD infront of guests doesn’t help either.

Terrible Mobile Order Experience

My experience at this Chick-fil-A was absolutely terrible. I specifically used the Chick-fil-A app because it’s supposed to be more time-efficient, but it ended up taking much longer than the regular drive-through. Cars in the standard drive-through passed me multiple times while I sat waiting.

The issue seems to be the way mobile order check-in is set up. The scan/check-in signs were placed right next to each other and far ahead, allowing drive-through orders to be taken before mobile orders were even scanned in. Because of this poor setup, mobile orders were delayed significantly and completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.

It would make far more sense to space out the mobile order scan points so they’re processed fairly and efficiently. Until this is fixed, using the app here is a waste of time. Very disappointing experience.

The sweetest gentleman working during our visit was so kind. We were very tired heading home from our Disney trip and needed a break and early dinner. He was so sweet to us and our children. He gave them coloring sheets and crayons. He also gave them a small toy Chick Fil A cow. Our food was also delicious! Thank you!!!

Food is the same satisfaction as any other but do not recommend unless you LITERALLY have 40 minutes-1 hour to wait. I’ve experienced this in the store 3+ times and in the drive thru twice. I don’t understand the wait at all.

Had I not experienced this twice at this Chick-fil-A then it would’ve gotten 5 stars. However, twice now I have been treated very strangely.

I’ve gone to this specific locations hundreds of times during my working hours. It was mostly during the day, about 95% until a couple weeks ago.

The day staff get 5+ stars because of their awesome service.

But, the night staff are the ones who treated me strangely.

I waited through the pickup line, which if you’ve ever gone this Chick-fil-A you know takes forever at night, 20+ mins. I watched as they gave 15+ cars their food even though I was 1st in line after the 20 mins.

I could’ve dealt with that.

But, then they pulled me forward and made we wait an additional 15 minutes for the meal. It was a chicken nugget meal. No drink. Just the nuggets and waffle fries.

They marked it as ready in the pickup app right at the end of the first 20 minute wait, yet I still had to wait another 15???

The worst part was they ignored me as if I wasn’t even there. They’ve done it to me twice now and I have no idea why.

It is very important to me to carry myself in a polite and professional manner. Yet the staff on the night shift made that almost impossible. The absolute insane thing is that I have never been rude or rushed them in any way. I waited my turn and then waited multiple other people’s turns.

I do not recommend going to this location during the evening hours. At all.

Driving south on I-95 saw the sign for Chick-fil-A. First it’s about 2.5 miles off the highway and a little hard to see any signage as you exit. Found a newer and very busy place that seems to be understaffed. Drive thru was really slow and stacked up so we sat inside. Took a few minutes to place our order and about 10 minutes to receive it which was better than the folks wanting to go orders. Food was typical hot and delicious so no complaints on that end. I had the Chicken Soup, Cobb salad Bill the #1 combo and again both were as expected.

This is often a tale of two Chick-fil-As. First, always mobile order. That line is going to move so much faster.

Breakfast it moves fast. The breakfast drive thru team is usually ON it. Ten-minute wait if that

Dinner, especially after 8 pm? You might sit there 30-40 minutes and orders will come out in random orders. Even as a mobile order, you might be there 40 minutes. It’s frustrating and has been a problem for a few months.
