I’ve been to rise three times in the last 2 weeks and all three of those times my chicken sandwich was burnt. I used to go here a lot a couple of years ago and the quality was much better. Seems like it’s falling off pretty hard. Still really love to eat here. Hope they correct this soon!

I’ve driven by here hundreds of times and wanted to try them and today I did. The princess has the week off and I didn’t feel like cooking breakfast so I picked up two biscuits breakfast sandwiches a side of cheese grits and a glazed blueberry biscuit for carry out. Everything was very impressive. The restaurant is very clean bright and full of good smells. We shared everything as usual. The food was hot and tasty I especially enjoyed the grits. The service was fast and friendly. I’ll will definitely return to try the chicken as well as the biscuits and gravy.

I had the worst experience this morning. We’ve ordered out from this Rise multiple times and never had an issue until today. My husband went in to pick up our order and was told they didn’t get the order. He came back out to the car and I gave him my phone with the order confirmation to show them. Then he was told that they gave our order to someone else and it wasn’t their problem and they refused to remake our order or issue a refund. We both went back in and were told the same thing. It wasn’t their problem that they gave our food to the wrong person and they didn’t have to remake our order or give us a refund, which BTW you don’t get to charge me for food I didn’t get because you gave it to the wrong person! I went back and forth with the VERY rude lady at the register and demanded she do something and they finally remade our order. I have never been treated so rudely or not have a restaurant fix THEIR mistake. We won’t be returning until their staff is trained on how to treat their customers properly, especially when it was it was the staff who made the mistake. Unacceptable!

We ordered blueberry glaze muffins and a unique combo with a blueberry glazed biscuit for my hot honey butter chicken. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with jumbo cheesy tots was perfect. A must-try in Prairie Village.

Disappointed. Two stars bc of friendly staff & Decent prices. Definitely a fast food style. Food Quality was poor. Country Sausage tasted spoiled. The gravy was bland and thin. The biscuit was good portion just very basic. The chicken was ok. Overall a true southern will be disappointed.

I have been wanting to go this place ever since seeing it was moving in. Before school was looking for a place to grab a quick breakfast didn’t know about this place was like but online it look quick. It was order by the counter style you get a choice of ordering from a tablet or person. I just got there simple chicken biscuit with an added sweet potato spread because that sounded amazing!! It was used instead of sauce right in the biscuit. Anytime I get chicken and mash potatoes I make myself a sandwich like this but by using yams instead it gave a little sweetness to the crispy chicken. Not only will I be back again to eat in the clean inside or patio seating I know I can get something quick if I don’t have a lot of time. Love it!

I used to love coming here to grab food, could call and get someone to start my order and was always greeted warmly. Now I cant call as they now dont have phones inside to answer calls.
everything is through the kiosk which cannot even show sides when ordering, the website is broken so ordering online to go is out of question. Just sad that a nice place like this just to save a few bucks. Not returning.

I am thrilled we have this restaurant in our area. I ordered it to go and walked from the pharmacy I was working at today. Everything was hot and fresh. So tasty!! I had ordered before from DoorDash and the beignets were still hot. So I was very impressed. This place is great for breakfast, lunch or brunch. Nice staff too!!

The best breakfast sandwich I have ever had, I got the blueberry biscuit sausage, it shattered my expectations. I walked out lookin back at the building just astonished haha. They keep it very clean as well. Lobby as well as bathrooms. One thing I will say is a larger location would be nice to see!
