A pretty well located place, great service. Tried the tasting menu and it’s only decent overall. The appetisers are great: jamon iberico, croquettes, especially the patatas bravas – their sauce is a standout. The mains are 7/10, but the prawns and especially the chicken & couscous are the stars of the show for me. The sauce in beef tenderloin is too sweet for the taste similarly to the sauce in the burrata, while the salmon tataki is decent. The desserts are great, especially the cheesecake. The brownie is actually really good too – moist & tasty – but the sauce isn’t a good pairing to it.

Everything we ate was excellent and full of flavor. The girl who served us was very kind and attentive, and the lady who helped us with the wine gave us great recommendations. Overall, the food was truly delicious and the service made the experience even better.

You definitely need to make a reservation because the place is always full, which really shows the quality of the food. It’s also a spot that locals clearly support and enjoy.

Booked this is advance before arriving in Barcelona due to high ratings review. It didn’t disappoint us. Our fave is the egg tapas, beef and octopus. The price is also not on the high range. Highly recommended and will go back here again on my next visit!

Petit Tapas in Barcelona is a true hidden gem. Tucked away in a small side street, it’s the kind of place you could easily walk past without noticing — which would be a real shame.

From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and genuine. The interior is small, dark, and wonderfully cozy, creating an intimate atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.

The food was outstanding. We started with the octopus, which quite literally melted in your mouth. We also ordered the chicken and the lamb — both were incredibly tender and served with delicious, perfectly balanced sauces. The chicken was so good that we couldn’t resist ordering it a second time.

The service deserves special mention. Federico was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome without ever being intrusive. To top it all off, the white wine — an excellent Albariño — paired beautifully with the food.

An absolute recommendation for anyone looking for exceptional tapas, great service, and a cozy, authentic atmosphere in Barcelona.

We had a really lovely evening at Petit Tapas, where sharing dishes is clearly the way to go. We enjoyed several plates, but the grilled beetroot genuinely surprised us, in the best way. The Iberian ham, grilled prawns and salmon tataki are also absolute recommendations.

The presentation is carefully done, the flavours are well balanced, and everything feels thought through. Add to that the genuinely friendly service, and you get a very enjoyable tapas experience. Definitely worth a visit when you are in Barcelona!

Hands down one of the best meal experiences of my life.

The octopus was melt in your mouth – so different than how Japan and north America prepare it. The pork tenderloin with the roasted pear puree as a finish was a meat dessert that I will NEVER forget.

We arrived as party of two with no reservation and it was made clear that they were a reso only restaurant however they happened to have 2 seats at the bar.

Great wine, great atmosphere and can’t for money.

I went to Petit Tapas the night before 3 Kings day. I got in just in time, as soon as the parade ended it filled up fast. The restaurant isn’t very big. The food was excellent and the staff were great.
I had the Pork medallions, Roast Chicken and Pistachio Creme brulee … I would order the same thing again. It was very good… And the wine was excellent.

Very sweet restaurant, typical Spanish food (amazing quality honestly), feels very homely and the service was great! Lucila was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. This place is amazing if you have a vegan person in the group. I find that a lot of places in Barcelona (especially the tapas places) are either fully vegan or have nothing vegan. This place was fantastic as my friend could have meat and I had a good amount of vegan options to chose from. The green peppers deserve 11/10 stars, there were insanely delicious!!

This was my first time trying tapas and they did not disappoint! We got the potatoes bravas, Pork filet mignon, Truffle Ravioli ( best one), boneless chicken leg, and ended with the cheesecake. The place is small but the vibe was definitely there. I would definitely recommend!!
