Great ambiance, great food, great cocktails, nice staff. It’s not down town which is a plus when you can’t find parking or just need to change it up.

Warning! You will be waiting at least a half an hour for your food, minimum. I ordered twice in two days from here and had the same experience both days. Mac n cheese and a cold burrata salad should not take more than 15, and that’s giving them time for other orders. Be prepared for long wait times and staff who don’t know how to work their own pos system or modify any orders. Sorry to say this has not been the best experience.

The food was good enough neither I or my boyfriend left anything on our plate! The view is what had drawn us to this spot and it did not disappoint! The decorations inside were super beautiful and the bar area looked so fancy too! We had just been passing by on our way back to Washington state but would recommend and come again

All Around a Nice Place to Dine!!!
I had the Rueben Sandwich and it was delicious….
Lovely Veranda to sit outside with plenty of shade or sit inside in a very nicely decorated area of all different types of seating
Friendly Staff, Good Food, easy ordering at the counter, good variety of choices,

Lovely place and decor! Food was average. Service was pretty bad, waitress was rude to pretty much every person who ordered. Hopefully dinner is better than breakfast service.

Drinks and Food are amazing! The craft drink menu is the best in Ashland.
Only down side is, It’s a hit or miss whether you get friendly service. I’ve had two encounters with two amazing servers& uncomfortable encounters with two servers. Overall experience is good but definitely could be better with better service.

Ordered a Carmel macchiato the lady working the station never made it just kept walking away and never made it, thankfully the gentlemen which I assume was a manager had to make the drink. Drink still was not made right but at least I got a coffee.

I loved Luna went back today and the food was 2 hours late and we paid $5 for fries and never got them! The mac N Cheese was mush and the manger was screaming at the cooks! I do not blame them they are being yelled at if I were them I would also stop trying to make good food! Luna please do better and I am never going back as this place is trash!

The service was so bad that I can’t give it more than 2 stars, even though my breakfast burrito was pretty tasty. I asked if they could just give me the egg white and they said they had none. I didn’t ask any questions because it wasn’t a big deal. I’m not allergic to yolks. My wife is allergic to gluten and dairy, though, so she asked if they had gluten-free buns and they said they did, so she asked for one. She also asked if they had vegan cheese and was told they didn’t, so she requested her burger with no gouda. She got a burger with plenty of gouda on what appeared to be rye sandwich bread. The server acknowledged hearing that my wife ordered the burger with no gouda, but admitted that she didn’t know that gouda was cheese.

After waiting over 30 minutes from the time we placed our order in a restaurant with two occupied tables that were already served when we arrived at 12:50, we were not about to wait longer and risk them reusing the same meat or bread. The server gave us the opposite of confidence in that not happening. The manager turned out to be less than as helpful as I would expect after the restaurant almost made my wife quite sick. I just checked my account and it appears that they refunded the exact charge for her meal without refunding the tip or the other two orders, which I would like to think would be standard practice. Not a big deal, but I’d avoid the place if you’re in a hurry at all or have an allergy or other condition that requires accurate order taking and prep.

A food allergy often means days of flu-like symptoms after exposure to an allergen. It would be nice if restaurants could both deal with simple changes that are hardly different than regular topping substitutions, except gluten-free and vegan items cost more, and not act like everyone who asks for gluten-free is being trendy or something. I guarantee that my wife and son would not pay extra to eat less tasty food because they want to be trendy. I have no allergies, but I do my best not to contaminate anything they eat with allergens we’d all like to enjoy. It would be really nice if all restaurants could do the same.

Back again and still the best Reuben sandwich in Southern Oregon! Could smell the smokey pastrami before it got to the table. Luna cafe is one of the great places to eat and chill in Ashland.

Original review –
Staying at the hotel. I was skeptical about eating here for some reason. Ordered a Reuben with fries and a spinach and goat cheese salad to split. The Ruben was excellent, great “real” meat, the fries were crispy to perfection with large delicious salt flakes. House made ketchup took it to a “whole other level”! The salad was tart and slightly sweet and refreshing. Also asked for a side of their house made ranch which was also great, kind of a dill ranch.
Deserts, yes please! Ordered a type of custard with a slightly tart rhubarb jelly on top. Not too sweet or heavy but perfect. Ordered a chocolate ganash, rich and perfect and a slice of rhubarb crumble pie. Everything was delicious and scratch made.
It can get busy but soooo worth the wait. Sit inside (if smokey or hot) lots of inside seating or take it to your room. Nice selection of beers and wines.
We are trapped here due to the fires and smoke, feels like we checked into the Hotel California but if this is it for us,we won’t be complaining about the food any time soon.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?
IT USED TO BE SO GOOD!
This was a $27 supposed to be skirt steak. It was the toughest piece of steak and it was only a small portion of a steak, not a whole steak. The “chimmichurri” was bland, overall the food is not good and way over priced.
THIS PLACE USED TO BE REALLY GOOD!
WHAT HAPPENED!???
