I would give 0 out of 10 stars if I could. I stopped coming to this location but decided to give it another try. This place used to be great. There is an interesting dude at the front who answers the phone with a Vietnamese accent, but drops it quickly if you don’t have one yourself. We asked for a side of Hoisin and Sriracha, and he just said that we needed to pick one and couldn’t have a side of both. I’m paying $17.50 for one bowl of soup and I can’t have a small side of both sauces? He said both were already in the bag. The amount in the tiny cups barely covers the bottom. The sriracha had even less than the hoisin. Very small portions of onions, cilantro, and the normal add ins- with a fun moldy sprig of basil! They didn’t even include a pair of chop sticks to eat with. Fortunately, the soup is still yummy even with all the issues… however I’m reminded why I stopped coming here in the first place.

Had delicious vegan spicy noodle soup, vegan fried rice and my partner got the regular spicy beef noodle soup. Everything was amazing! But we both have to say the vegan fried rice might be the best we have ever had! Definitely coming back!

Their name says it all! It was phenomenal!!! Vietnamese pho is my all time favorite thing to eat and I travel frequently and have tried many pho restaurants. This is by far the best Pho I have had in ID hands down. The broth is clear and rich in flavor. The meats were tender and delicious. The plate of sprouts, basil, lime, jalapeño was all fresh. Hoisin, sriracha, chili, soy, fish sauce all available at each table. Left full and satisfied! Highly recommend.
Their house special as well as the rare steak and brisket pho are both amazing. I have had dine-in and to-go and both were great! To-go was loaded up just as big of serving as in person dining. Had plenty of the fresh add ins and came with a small amount of hoisin and sriracha.

I absolutely love this place! The vermicelli noodle bowls/Bùn are phenomenal! Service is fast and smells amazing inside! This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the treasure valley and I’ve tried a lot of them! The pho soup broth is top notch too!

This place was pretty average for a Pho restaurant which is fine because it’s hard to go wrong with Pho if you know what you are doing. Pho tasted fine but not extraordinary, service was fine and the staff that brought out the food did a good job. I wish the bowls were bigger compared to other Pho locations but you’ll get full if you finish off your broth. Feel free to come to this place to at least compare it to other Pho locations around.

Even though this place has had several price increases, the quality of food hasn’t gone down. The broth this place serves is amazing. Having traveled quite a bit, I can say these people are doing it right. I get their No.1 regularly and it’s the best. I also recommend their honeydew boba tea. So good. We ate our food before I could get a before picture.

If you like pho, I give this restaurant my highest recommendation. The spring rolls and pho are unmatched and I can’t get enough. This is definitely my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Boise and I’m always excited to return. Definitely go check it out!

Tried Phó Nominal in Boise and left pretty underwhelmed, especially given the prices.
The #4 Bánh Mì was a letdown — the bread was very dry and overly crunchy, and the ingredients were just okay. On top of that, you have to pay extra for basics like daikon and mayo, which felt nickel-and-diming.
The #1 Phó was bland and really needed more depth of flavor. The meat itself was cooked well, but the portion was sparse — it honestly made me wonder if they’re cutting back because of beef prices. Also worth noting: our table wasn’t given a spoon, while other tables around us were, which was odd.
Milk tea was another disappointment — you can’t mix more than one flavor, and the pricing overall feels high for what you get.
There’s potential here, but for the cost, the food and service consistency just didn’t deliver.

I haven’t had a good bowl of pho since leaving Las Vegas. When I tell you this hit the spot!!! Ugh like it filled a void that has been there for about 4 years there aren’t many good pho places in Idaho unfortunately but this one is AMAZING! I got the pho nomenal bowl and it was exactly what I needed. I also got spring rolls, egg rolls, and vietnames iced coffee which was delicious. I would happily come back. My 5 year old approved as well. It’s so chill inside and has calm music playing. The staff is super nice. All around great time

The service is rough.
The young man that was waiting tables was very unaware and rarely greeted a customer. My friend and I were greeted by someone serving food who was very nice and showed us where to sit. After nearly 10mins the waiter passed us two or more times and even greeted and gave menus to someone that had just sat down. We felt invisible. When he saw us passing by he threw a menu down sliding to my friend, felt really rude.
Food was amazing as always!! This was our second time with this waiter and neither have been stellar experiences, making us not want to return.
There was also a woman who ordered next to us but never received it. He claimed she never made it but we heard her order but he then argued with her a saying she never placed her order. She just left
