Cracker Barrel. Harrisonburg, Virginia. Interstate 81, exit 243. I was staying at the hotel next door, decided on hamburger steak and three sides for dinner. I was seated quickly, not very busy on a Thursday at 5pm. Waitress was friendly, service was quick, and food was hot. Everything was good!

We had a wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel! The food was delicious, hot, and exactly what we were hoping for. The store was clean, and the tables were being bussed quickly, which made everything feel organized and welcoming.
Our waitress, Bryanna H., was fantastic. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. She also took the time to chat with us a bit and thoroughly answered our questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great visit with excellent service, thanks to Bryanna. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped by Cracker Barrel in Harrisonburg, VA and had excellent service. My server Bryanna was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. My son took me to eat at the Harrisonburg,VA Cracker Barrel the food was good and the service was even better! It was a busy evening but our waitress Tiffany was very welcoming and knowledgeable making dish selection easier. Hands down this lady made our evening great!!! Look forward to coming back soon!

So this is a large property with room for any size rig or RV. The lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Service was excellent and my food order was spot on. I had 3 bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming. As always, I left my area cleaner than when I arrived.

On 3/4/26 for dinner, the food service from the kitchen was extremely slow. Took almost an hour to get our food after ordering. Waitress was apologetic and stopped back several times giving us updates. Manager didn’t deal with the problem and didn’t offer customers any discount.

I ordered pancakes.snd ask for extra syrup. The syrup was brought out in little containers. So I put it all over my pancakes and then the next thing happened. I took a bite and omg. My mouth was on FIRE . SO I ask my hubby to taste The same thing. So we talk to the waitress only to find out the syrup in the cup was spicy ️ hot syrup they used. Just wanted to say if you get extra syrup please taste it first.
