For a party of 12 people to have one server was not the best experience for my first visit. Seated at 2 different ta les at that with an advanced reservation was crazy. The food was ok and I really expected more. Whoever was plating seemed to be light on the meat sides, which the meat was over cooked and chewy. The table next to use was heard complaining that they only received kiddie portion sides. The restaurant itself was clean and nice inside. Huge bar area. I may have to try this place again as a couple just to see how it goes but for my first visit it was definitely lacking service amongst a few other things. So in one of the pictures that extra (double) fries.. like what.. there was a total of 12 but ok. Maybe the 2nd times thr charm

The plates were bigger than necessary which made the servings look small. The cost, it was a little higher then I think it should be. That is why I gave it a 4.5 stars. On the good side, the food was tasty. The steak was cooked perfectly it all came out in a timely manner. It was a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone That is not on a budget

Went on a Tuesday night and it was dead. Sat at the bar. Bartender was personable. I had the burger and it was cooked correctly it just needs to be seasoned. The tots I was very happy as they were cooked correctly. My only gripe was it was freezing in the restaurant.

First time trying this place. I had the salad and this mint drink (no alcohol) the drink was one of the best mint drinks I’ve ever had!!!
The salad was good.. a bit too much dressing for my taste but it was good overall. It had shrimps and they were really good. I asked for a cilantro vinaigrette but it came with a raspberry vinaigrette, no biggie, still paired good. Service was great!!

Service was ok. Food was mediocre for the price I’m not saying it’s amazing. Nor is it the worst. Just. Knock like $5 off each item and you got something good here. Oh and bring a coat. The AC blows right on you consistently

Ordered delivery from their website and at checkout it asks for a tip for their service staff, for which i selected $0 because its delivery not dine in – I plan to tip the driver when they arrive – in cash. However at checkout it added and charged a 20% tip anyway.
On top of the ordering issue, the medium burger (their own definition of medium being pink the whole way through) came extra well done. Completely grey inside and burnt charred outside -tasted like straight cardboard with a side of soggy fries. First and last time ordering Firebirds. Food and experience was horrible.

The place was awesome. We arrived and no wating time to be seat. Staff knew the menu very well. When we ordered the food literally we didn’t wait even 30 min for everything. The food was great. We asked for the creme brulee Cheesecake and oh lord…no words. Our Waiter Christian didn’t wait for my glass to be empty when i have the New Coke. This is my New favorite place.
