Delicious subs made fresh. Bread was being baked as we ordered and the toppings were tasty. Ordered the lemongrass chicken and a warm tea. Sandwich was a great size for the price. Will be back!

We came here to try the bahn mi and it did not disappoint. The bread was fresh and sandwich tasty. We ordered number 5 with two Vietnamese ice coffees. Definitely worth the trip if you are in the area.

Got the banh mi: lemongrass chicken breast
Bread was nice and toasted. Soft on the inside. Sauce was heavy and fatty. Sat like a ton of bricks. Generous with the chicken, but it was okay tasting.
The veggies in the sandwich were not generous. The cilantro was almost nonexistent on one side of the sandwich. One sliver of jalapeno on the sandwich.
Overall can’t even compare to a T&T supermarket variety banh mi.

Ordered the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Breast sub (banh mi) and a hazelnut milk tea with mango jelly. The drink was perfect after a long walk along Water Street. The banh mi had ample pieces of marinated chicken, balanced with a healthy amount of pickled vegetables on a toasted baguette. Total before taxes was around $16, which I found was affordable for lunch. Seemed to be a popular spot for takeout, but there is seating inside as well. We noticed the staff were diligent with their hand washing/wearing gloves while preparing the subs, which is good for cleanliness! Would recommend.

We found this place while walking St John’s. We loved it so much that while there for a week we ate it 5 times. it’s a great deal for the price, totally satisfying and fresh. Friendly staff, meat in the sandwich is a good portion, bread is fresh.

3 Sisters Vietnamese Subs is a small cozy place that offers a variety of delicious sandwiches and drinks.
Their prices were more than fair and their staff is very friendly and welcoming. The person who took my order was also open to customizing my drink and it tasted fantastic. This place also made our sandwiches and drinks fast.
I highly recommend 3 Sisters Vietnamese subs to anyone who’s looking for a quick fast service with friendly staff, delicious food and beverages.

Was good tasting, and this may not be a fair assessment, but having eaten banh mi in different areas of northern Vietnam over the past couple of years, it doesn’t quite match. Especially considering the value. It’s much cheaper to eat in Vietnam, but you gotta spend a lot of money to get there. Lol. 3 Sisters was quite enjoyable though. I would recommend eating there, and I will go back there again. It does appear to be a popular spot as well, based on the number of take out orders they were preparing while I was there.

Fantastic Sandwiches. In house made bread is Soft, Light and fluffy. Tried a few subs and all had the perfect amount of butter and marinade. Moist and delicious. Iced coffee and Boba drinks are hard to find…not any more. Great value for what you get. They have plenty of seating to dine in. Check them out!

I don’t know how this is acceptable, sloppy and the bread was very stale. I ordered it to go and it basically fell apart as soon as I opened up the bag. It looked like someone had already eaten it. I couldn’t even eat it. Waste of $12!

With just one item on the menu (with several variants, and excluding drinks), you know the food must be good to sustain the business. The sandwiches served here are indeed good. The bread is fresh, and the fillings are wonderfully spiced. Highly recommended for a quick lunch.
