I LOVE this place!!! Their half off rolls on Mondays has come in clutch so many times. The sushi is high quality and the taste is impeccable. I have never been disappointed with the food or the experience. Our waitress Anna and our waiter Amir were so nice and attended to our every need with speed and care. They even sang a very unique and fun birthday song to my friend we were celebrating—tambourine and all! I am definitely coming back, and recommend everyone to visit as well!

10/10 recommend!! My friends took me here for my birthday dinner! The food was so good! The sushi rolls were delicious and fresh. Half off for quality sushi on Mondays is a steal! Volcano is your typical hibachi experience with an expanded menu and lovely aesthetics. I would not say it is better or worse than other hibachis, but it being amongst the more popular chains, you may find longer wait times for the hibachi experience. The prices are somewhat more expensive than other local and larger hibachi restaurants. It could be that the hibachi chefs have better experience, but that is harder for me to evaluate. In my personal opinion, I prefer to eat at smaller local hibachi restaurants for a quieter environment and personal experience.
Hibachi 4/5 – Typical hibachi experience and flavor. Nothing too outstanding about the flavor, quality, or quantity.
Philly cheesesteak egg roll 2/5- Not really so flavorful but what can you expect? This is an Asian restaurant, not American. I have had much better cheesesteak eggrolls elsewhere.
Shiu mai 4/5- Though it was my first time trying shiu mai, I found them to be pretty flavorful.
