Ordered a Bigger plate, 3 orange chicken and Chow mien. Only received 1 serving of orange chicken. Shows the absolute carelessness of the employees, closing a box and not even checking if the PAYING customers food is inside. Not the first issue I’ve had with this Panda Express location and I will definitely not be going back to Panda Express in Dalton.

Food never disappoints! Great selection and great flavor. Speedy drive thru service and easy online ordering. Only thing is if you go in to order employees are not too friendly. It seems like some do not like being there.

Well staffed, busy yet they were very efficient. Food is really fresh and tastes great. Good variety to select from. Clean restrooms and dining area. They still have self serve fountain drinks. That’s a plus over the McD version of fast food.

Hubs ordered & brought home our food. Mine & his were correct but our daughters was everything but the chicken teriyaki. Called them & they replaced the whole meal for us!!!! Thank you Dalton, Ga Panda Express!!! Much appreciated

We ordered a large family meal for pickup. The order process was easy to navigate online. They had our order prepared 20 minutes earlier than expected. The food was affordable and delicious. I would 100% eat here again and recommend this restaurant to others. Great food, great prices.

The worker named Jenifer was amazing super nice and made the plates and was overall a really good employee. Though I have to counter with this, there were four people not doing a single thing. Three of which were where the drive-through window were at talking about customers as they came in. The other thing that I noticed was that everybody else had name tags that were shown but the one guy in the corner talking badly about customers had his badge covered. All I’m saying is you don’t need to hire five people to do a 3 to 4 person job. Six people minimum for weekends cause I understand if it’s busy from Friday through Sunday…but five to six people is ridiculous on a slow day.

Waited 25 minutes for an online mobile order pick up! They said they were waiting on chow mein but yet they were serving everyone who walked in chow mein and not making my mobile order! I thought if your ordered mobile pick it’s suppose to be faster pick up than waiting 25 minutes!

Went here on 12/14/25 at 2:15. Place was very busy . I ordered a plate with beef and sesame chicken. And a bowel with sesame chicken. When I got to the window the guy said they were waiting on the chicken. About 7-8 mins later he gave me my order. Got home and the bowl was right but my plate had no chicken. What was so bad was I seen the guy on my plate and look at it and said to me when he gave it to me that it was all there. I will check it my self next time no matter how many cars are in line. Poor service.

Hard to say. The service seemed okay. The portion of the main dish I got was really small and on top of a huge pile of rice. The flavor was great and it was cooked really well, they’re just was not enough of the main dish. I would suggest getting a plate instead of a bowl. (Edited for grammar)
