I can’t behind the quality of their bone in wings. I also preferred the old style hand cut fries rather than the new frozen kind. They do have some deals for boneless and tenders on DD if we can’t make it in. I’m normally not a fan of boneless but my sons love them and I do enjoy honey hot tenders. I wish they would add some more gluten free options and some new sauces. Overall if the quality of the bone in wings were better it would be 4 stars but between new fries and wing quality just going with an average score.

The wings here are always fresh, hot, and delicious! The only disappointing thing is putting in an online order, going to pick it up at the quoted time of it being ready, getting to the store and seeing on their status screen that the order had only been received. Not started, not cooking, not finishing up, but being met with “It’ll be another 5 minutes” and taking another 11. Not mad, just disappointed.

First time ordering from this location. Ordered online, on a Saturday at 12:45pm. Not a large order….10 wings + thigh bites. Email / confirmation said 26 – 31 minutes for the order to be ready…ok. Showed up at the location at 1:20 to find not only our order not ready, but ALL orders placed online hadn’t been started since the ticket machine wasn’t printing orders….and the staff didn’t notice!
Our order was finally ready at 1:35pm.

Sooo, the food – fries were good, wings were also ok, but the thigh bites were poorly covered with sauce (see photos) and looked like they were rushed. Lots of areas on the thigh bites with no sauce on them.

All in all, we’ll be looking for a better run place to get wings in the future and recommend you skip/avoid this location if you want your food on time and done well!

I don’t know what has happened, but this has became the worst Wingstop in the country every single time they messed up my order and then cuss at me in Spanish like I am so dumb dumbass, and don’t understand it. The women that worked there are the most unprofessional ladies they need to fire the whole team and start over in my opinion. I haven’t met one person there that hasn’t been rude.

I really can’t with this location… Slowest fast food service I have ever witnessed without fail every single time and the customer service is just awful. Employees don’t know how to speak at an audible level or communicate functionally. Unbelievable

Placed an order for Super Bowl days in advance, expecting it would be busy and they would be behind.

I showed up 20-minutes AFTER my scheduled time. They were an hour behind, fine.

Waited my full hour and 30-minutes to find out that:

1. They were still ACTIVELY accepting orders online, via door dasher and via phone.
2. All door dash orders were getting priority processing (DD drivers in and out within a 20-minutes). As I type this DD is showing a 46-minute wait time.
3. The staff REFUSED to answer any questions (ie. What order time are you working on?)
4. The staff refused to start a paid order unless you checked in with them (adding another 60-75 minutes to the wait).
5. Just getting to the counter to cancel or put your name in was an act of congress stretching upwards of an hour alone.
6. There was no rhyme or reason as to how they were processing orders (ie. by promise time). The stack of orders was chaotically mixed together.
7. Despite multiple asks, the staff (one member in particular) refused to call out the names for orders that were, in fact, done and on the shelf for pickup. The customers ended up reading them and shouting them to those waiting outside. This led to one name being called – the customer actually being on-site and when he tried to collect the order, the staff member blatantly told him “it’s NOT here”, despite all of us correcting her and pointing to the order. This customer then spent the next 10-minutes trying to retrieve his order….. which ended up being handled by ANOTHER staff member (whom picked it up off the shelf and handed it to him).

I ended up leaving at the two-hour mark with no food.

I’ve used Wingstop on several occasions, including Super Bowl, however this was absolutely infuriating.

Have to give them their props! Guys, there were only three people working when I went to Wingstop the other night . They were still very pleasant and working so hard to get the 8,000 orders out. AND, my order was perfectly delicious. Hang in there guys.

Everything was ready when I arrived!
With being able to order online it would be great to have someone available to hand you your food, rather than keeping you waiting when someone is trying to decide what to order. They were there ahead of the pick up person and should definitely be taken care of first.

However, the carryout order is getting cold. With this in mind, the person taking care of the done in window, could also take care of the carryout order, helping their food to stay hot and tasty!

I ordered the bone-in wings and I’ll tell you what these were the worst freaking wings I’ve had. I only ate five of the 10 of them and threw the rest out that’s how bad they were. I am disgusted by your company and I will never order from you again
