I’d like to take a moment and recognize Yalanda for not thinking of it robbery to deliver our pizza. We had heard that many drivers don’t like to deliver to our area. We ordered two separate orders and Yalanda delivered both of them. She was very kind and professional. We are thankful she helped in making our nephew’s birthday great! Thank you, Yalanda.

It’s usually great, at least when I order online. However, when I ordered online for in store pick-up…it took forever. When it was finally ready, I didn’t look at it all before I left the store. (My son was coming home from the Marines, and I was going to miss his arrival). The Specialty Honolulu Pizza had GREEN Peppers (that none of us like), instead of Roasted Red Peppers. Nobody told me it would be substituted. Then, the boneless chicken was SAD, SMALL, and I only got 6.25 pieces instead of 8.

I’m only giving 1 star cause that is the minimum, I order from here cause it’s the only place that delivers in this town I’m disabled and can’t go places and more times than not it isn’t half bad but today was atrocious!!!! I placed order when it arrived the pizza was missing a slice and I told them I think driver got my bag mixed up with another it had the wrong drink and a sauce I didn’t order I was told they would make another pizza and bring correct drink just pack the original order back up and they will pick it up. Drink arrived correct when opened pizza looked like had been dropped or something there was like dirt or whatever all over I called the store to see if was a spice I didn’t ask for or something was told the problem was me and I wanted it replaced I needed to come to the store (even though they guarantee to fix it that’s there slogan) I told her I had no way to go anywhere was told too bad she wasn’t sending me another pizza so now I have no lunch (2hrs after ordering) still and they won’t fix the order I guess I’ll just trash it I refuse to eat it when could have fallen on ground! Don’t order from here this store sucks!!!!!

If you don’t want an honest review through the app, just say so. Three orders in a row there’s been no mango habanero, there has been extra other sauces, and icing when nothing in my order requires icing. Please have your drivers download the app. The past three orders none of the drivers have appeared to leave the store.

my wife waited for 20 minutes. Long after the online order tracker showed it was ready. She reported in when she got there. They ignored her as other people came and went. She finally went and asked them what the problem was and they said someone forgot to put the bread in the oven! So they gave us pizza that had been sitting for 20 minutes. No offer of discount, coupon, refund or anything.
