Now open in Spring Lake! Wooohoo. Around 11:11am, I was picking up an online order, and was told to park in the mobile parking spots because the drinks weren’t ready. Phenomenal customer service from the barista who walked outside and brought me my order to my car. “Thank you for your patience” she said. That’s the hospitality that’s missing in the world.
I did get confused with the ground arrows. You have to go around the Starbucks building to park in the mobile parking spots. A UPS truck was adjacent to me so it could possibly be a safety concern if drivers don’t pay attention to follow the arrows.
While driving to my destination one of the drinks spilled. Yes, I could have been more careful, but covering the lids could prevent a spill.. (not angry at all) just a suggestion.
Overall, great overall. Thank you for those who worked at this time 11am ish. Yall are

When I say I have never had a Starbucks experience this incredible — that is still putting it lightly. Trav was working the window this morning (12-05-2025) around 7:30am and his spirit, energy and smile is out of this world. He truly made my day and week so much better. I work at a nearby elementary and I hope to see him more often as I plan to start stopping by on my way into work. Trav, please keep up the amazing work and touching lives of others! Sometimes we never know how our kindness and our words may help and impact others!

We were regulars here and the managers here are always really nice and helpful, but there’s a repeating issue with our drinks. Only two specific baristas ever make our frappuccinos correctly. Everyone else makes them without coffee, which is really odd for a coffee shop. It’s happened so many times that we eventually stopped coming. Just wanted to share this so it can hopefully be addressed. This is the only starbucks location where we’ve experienced this problem repeatedly.

The place is spacious and perfect for getting work done while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. The relaxing music and calming ambiance make it even better. However, I did notice the outdoor plants seem to have died, which takes away a bit from the overall vibe.

Me and my husband visited this Starbucks location to get our Veterans Day coffee. Lan and the entire crew on staff were incredible. They served every drink with care and precision and were so kind and thoughtful as well. Times are tough but it’s customer service and excellent coffee like this that truly makes the difference. Thank you, we will surely be back!!! ☺️☕️

I ordered online and went inside 10 mins after I ordered them waited for 15 mins for my drink then my food item was just completely forgotten. When I asked they said sorry it has just been sitting here “ we’ve been so busy” but there Litterally joking and playing around when she handed me the food she said do you need it warmed back up and before I could say anything she said “no right?” Very unprofessional will not be returning

I’m not a coffee drinker, but I tried the White Chocolate Mocha and it was the bomb! Nice hot drink on a cold day. Only negative was having lock codes on the restrooms, but I assume that is a corporate thing all over to make sure patrons purchase one of their overpriced beverages.

I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I placed an online order before work, and when I checked the bag, one of my oatmeals was missing all its toppings and the other oatmeal wasn’t even included. I called the store, and they claimed a sticker didn’t print—yet the sticker on the bag listed everything, and still nothing was inside.
I went back, frustrated, because this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. The person in charge said she remade it. But as soon as I walked out, another employee came after me to say they had given me the wrong order and handed me a different one and took the other one back inside. The manager was supposedly the one who “remade” it, so how did they still give me the wrong order? I won’t coming back to this location!
