Serve some greasy fries Burger was pretty cooked and served on a cold bun. Back to the fries I never tasted fresh cut fries taste so terrible. Never again. $14 went straight to the trash. Consider it a donation. Damn that was horrible. I literally just ate the meat and a few toppings

Had been meaning to try this spot for a while but I was not only disappointed, but frustrated at my purchase. I ate this burger less than 3 minutes after being handed it and I was confused as to why the patty had no warmth after it coming off right off the grill. The toppings were ice cold and the laughably large-cut tomato had overtaken the smaller sized patty. I was charged for jalepenos but received none & didn’t get a ketchup sub as requested. In its correct & best form, the $8 burger would have been “decent” at best and was a small one. I review honestly to bring Little Rock the best options when it comes to food. And “The Box” is a place that needs a serious change in management or to go ahead and die off so a better establishment can take the address.

They have a great hamburger steak with grilled onions, many different salads to choose from and toppings like chicken, beef or pork. They get a little bit busy during the lunch rush but the wait staff and cooks or kind and very courteous.

So let me first start by saying I am not familiar with Little Rock as I am coming out of town. I saw this quaint little burger joint after reading some reviews I decided to give it a chance. The atmosphere is amazing with funny decorations. The food was top notch looks and taste like fresh and homemade FRIES! The burger was top notch to be quite honest one of the best burgers I’ve had!

Simple burger joint but they do it right. Homemade fries, delicious beef and fresh buns. Even the chili is top shelf. We stumbled on them not really looking for a place to eat but the smell grabbed us and we took a chance. Glad we did highly recommend!

Food is pretty good, fairly greasy though. Really laid-back. The people around the counter are really cool. The wait staff around the tables not so great. Place isn’t kept real clean. It is sanitary enough if you don’t place your hands on the tables or counters. I would really rate higher if not for the wait staff and the unclean tables & counters.

The Box has fell completely off! The regular cook wasn’t there and it was so dark and empty I thought they were closed. Cold buns, a whole onion, cold & greasy fries. WTH happened! Starving and paid $10 so I got to eat it
