Well, I’ve had several times that they messed up on my food. I went there today and it was like they barely put any cheese on it. I made a complaint and there was a big argument with all the workers against me over cheese. They said they would remake it because they had to make it to my standard. It’s not about my standard. It’s about making the pizza correct the first time Then the manager Giovanne Perez If that’s his correct name was very rude Arguing with me saying I was being aggressive no, I have a loud voice. I’m sorry that you can’t take someone talking to you. Then I had the pizza guy in the back his name is Luis. That’s what they said. His name is I don’t even know if that’s his name. He has a mustache was being argumentative Also, then I had a woman who was doing deliveries get in my face and flipped me off with her middle finger. That’s correct with her middle finger very unprofessional all because I complained about my pizza. My sugar was low and I wasn’t feeling good and I had to deal with rude workers who do not know how to handle customer complaints. One of the workers finally helped me well try to help me, but I don’t want anything for free. I want to be a compensated for how I was treated. I want money because I was flipped off by one of your employees. I will be happy when she’s fired I will speak to a lawyer if I have to I was discriminated, disrespected, and humiliated. I have had issues with the store before about them not putting enough sauce on my pizza before they would just fix it and be nice to me this time. They were very rude to me all because I told them there was barely any cheese on there. I even showed them when I got my finger and put it in the pizza and there was basically sauce no cheese the second pizza that they made was made correct So why does it take two times to make one pizza the right way and why do I have to Deal with rude workers honestly, I think they just hire anyone these days because I am a supervisor for a company that I work for and I would never flip off my customer or disrespect him. I simply would just said I’m so sorry about that. Let me fix that for you not argue with them.
Honestly, all the workers need to be retrained on how to treat customers when they complain about their food That woman she needs to be fired for flipping me off that is not the way you treat a customer at all. It’s not Acceptable at any standards, whether you’re at a fast food place or anywhere

Ordered 2 large pizzas special with 2 toppings . 1 was good, the second hardly has any cheese hardly any pineapple hardly any jalapenos the edges of the pizza no cheese or sauce on them , the pizza was flat like a tortilla , very disappointed, I come here at least once a week . not happy at all

They gave me a hard burned pizza, like if it was just sitting there for a while and put in back in the oven to warm up and burned it. Manger didn’t want to remake it or get a refund. Pizzas good delivery is always on time but every time I order the habanero sand which they never put the habanero sauce on it. I’ve called and always speak to two employees before I can speak to the manager and even the manger has given me attitude and acted as if I’m trying to get free stuff which I’m not just what I paid for.

The best experience buying pizza ever!! The entire staff is absolutely phenomenal!! Talk about first class customer service, kind employees that truly care about the customer experience!! I am loyal to Dominos and have been going everyday this week because of the team!! They all deserve raises and they are true representatives for the Domino’s brand!! To lose them would be devastating as they are all true assets to the company!! Can’t wait to place my next order!!

I never make reviews but this place is so unorganized. I’m not being a Karen but I mean this in the most nicest way but do not order from here, especially this location. I had placed an order @6pm and I’m gonna emphasize SIX pm and I decided to give them a call and ask for an update because come on it’s about 8:10pm so what two hours later. I had told them what was going on the first gentleman was rude and was like “well it take two hours so give it thirty minutes and hanged up on me. So me being nice I decided to give them 30 minutes. I proceeded to call back and they told me they were going to dispatch my order in 5-10 minutes. Which I had said cool. Within five minutes of the worker hanging up I got a call from them. They called to say they apologized for the wait that they had gotten back up but if I had wanted a refund or just deliver. At this point I’m like just deliver it. WORST DECISION EVER. They once again never brought it so I had called them one more time just to see what we can do now because at this point I’m irritated. The gentleman I talked to was very kind but had mentioned to me that I had “cancelled” which was wrong. Then he proceeded with that “ they were calling me but my number did not go through” which was incorrect because he had personally called me. Now at this time they are as lost as me and I’m just irritated because we had waited 4 hours. Just don’t order from here at all. Pick another location. Countless times I was going to be transferred to the manager and it was the same boy never once did the manger apologized or reassure me my order was on the way. I give him props gentleman who helped me for the way he handled this. I did indeed got a refund and was mentioned that they were still gonna send the pizza with no charge for the inconvenience which they did but five hours later. I ordered at 6pm and got our pizza @11:15pm. So that shows you there customer service. Moral of the story save your time and order from another location.

Honestly idk why so many people put negative reviews, you all act as if you’re the only people ordering. It’s a business, other orders will come in. I have never had a bad experience with this dominos location, I live locally and I have ordered pickup and delivery multiple times! So I know how they work and in every situation I’ve been in where it’s going to either be late or something comes up they always notify or put a lil something extra for the wait. I really love this location and staff. Thank you to your staff and drivers!

The order wasn’t ready, had to wait an additional 10 mins. Each time we asked the employee a question regarding the price of an item we were answered with, i don’t know, or im not sure, and then said I think and gave a in between price.
