Nice spot to enjoy Ramen asian fusion flavors. The place is small but has a nice ambiance. The dishes range from $15 to $19 dollars o believe. They serve you in a big bowl . The menu shows the levels of spiciness on the dish. Mine was spicy and was only level 1. The mixed drinks are tasty around $10 up. The waitress didn’t really check our table only once so i had to wait and ask another waitress to get water, my ramen was spicy ️. My bf always gives a good tip regardless . Service was ok overall but the food was something i had to try. It was good but not sure if is on my top 5 spots yet.

Excellent service and delicious food! Highly recommend Jorge, he was a phenomenal server.
I had the Tonkatsu ramen and it did not disappoint. The Sumo ramen was a bit too spicy for me and it only had one flame next to it, but I don’t do many spicy dishes. If you’re about that hot stuff, I recommend the sumo!
The appetizers were also to die for. (Pork and shrimp gyozas, Tori garlic bao buns, and the shrimp crispy rolls).

Fell completely in love with the Bao Buns today! Must try if you havent yet. Our waiter Jorge is super knowledgable, patient and attentive. We had a wonderful experience.

First time here and it was a nice atmosphere, our food was good and hot !! I got the chicken shoyu i would have liked the chicken on the side since it did get soggy but rather than that it had great flavor. Our server Jorge was very attentive and welcoming. Very nice place.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, fresh, and came out perfectly. But what really made the visit unforgettable was our server, Jorge. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. His great energy and professionalism truly elevated our experience. If you’re planning to visit, definitely ask for Jorge — he made our night! Highly recommend this place!

I did not try the ramen and just went for a quick bite + a cocktail. I got the bao buns because I feel like those are hard to come by and I’ve been craving them. It slightly scratched my itch, but it felt like something was missing. What? I couldn’t tell you, but they were still good. I did feel they lacked on the protein (I chose steamed chicken) but the sauce and presentation were both 10/10. Initially, they brought me fried chicken instead of steam, and I can say they make the food to order and fresh because it took awhile for my correct order to come out. A bit of a tease because I was HUNGRY. The cucumber martini was delicious. Not the strongest drink, but it tasted good and was $9.

So. While in McAllen, we wanted something we can’t get in the lower Valley. The reviews were impressive – 4.9 stars! We had the fried bao buns, tonkatsu ramen, and chicken katsu bowl. And…it was okay Many of the reviewers state it’s their “first time” eating ramen and they found the food “exquisite”. I do not agree. The food was very much ok. It was not bad food but neither was it spectacular and definitely not “exquisite”. Will I go back? No-because it’s just regular food with no distinct flavor profile of the cuisine they are supposed to be serving. Perhaps my husband said it best, when you have Mexican-Americans cooking Asian food, they try to make it taste Mexican. In this case, he was not wrong. Again, very decent food just not authentic tasting Japanese food – and that’s ok if that is what you want. One side note, nothing we ate was hot, temperature wise, which we found off putting. Our hot tea was lukewarm, our fried baos were not hot at all, and our entrees were room temp. Not sure why or how that works because we didn’t wait long for our food to be served.
