We had the best customer service from this young man, Keith! He was just so friendly and happy to serve his customers we loved talking with him as he was working. It is so hard to find good customer service these days. This place definitely exceeded my expectations! Amazing salad, too!

I am really impressed! I watched her handle three orders before mine, all customized and two or three pick up orders moving a million miles an hour!
I was ordering for my husband who wanted to customize the entire sandwich and I just dreaded it.
To be fair the other two women working were working hard and quickly acknowledged us as well. But I just want to compliment Heather on how she did everything so quick and every single time I asked for a different customization she made it happen.
The line behind me was long 2 because I think everyone wanted Jersey Mike’s today and I just was so impressed I wanted to make sure to leave a review!
I think I was out of there faster and with a perfect sandwich than other locations!!!

I am normally not one to complain but in this case…i had ordered two sandwiches through the app and requested light oil & vinegar for one of them and they were BOTH soaked in oil, especially the one that I specifically said LIGHT OIL & VINEGAR. Pictures dont even show how oily it really is. You can imagine how soggy the bread was & dripping everywhere. I did not enjoy eating that sandwich at all. Only reason why I didn’t go back to the store with those sandwiches is because I don’t live close to the store. Pictures attached.

Great staff! Shout out to Kailey for always making my bowls the best tasting and best looking! Shout out to Logan for her bubbly personality and always making it a family atmosphere and going above and beyond to help customers! The two together make a great team for this store. First time at a Jersey Mike’s. The place was clean, and the staff were up beat that Saturday the 8th of January 2022. Number 26 (Chicken Bacon Ranch) was what I bought that day. It was very good, and when I can I will go back and try some other menu items. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with how everything went that day:).
