I used to love going to JCWs but the last two times I’ve been very disappointed. JCWs is usually a treat because it’s expensive but to get home and take a bite and my hamburger to be drenched in mustard when I had ordered no sauce on my burger. I called to let them know they did offer to remake it but it’s an inconvenience for me to have to get in my car for their mistake. Also the single order took 15 minutes for anyone to take our payment at the drive thru when there was no other cars in front of us. Slow service, sloppy hamburger mess. No thank you. Lehi location has disappointed again

I tried JCW once many years ago when I first moved to Utah. I remember not being super impressed, and just have never been back. Was nearby so I figured I’d come give it a second try and solidify an opinion.

Looking at other reviews now, I’ll add another point to service being very slow. I waited about 15 minutes for a burger and fries, and there were only a couple other parties ahead of me that I could tell. And then the food was barely warm, let alone feeling hot and fresh.

Fries were OK, needed a little salt I felt. Burger was fine, I got the All American. Definitely not a bad burger, but didn’t leave me feeling anything special about it. Especially since it’s $8 and change, and the meal was $15. It’s a bit cheaper than a Carl’s Jr. Double Famous Star meal, but I’d choose Carl’s every single time over JCW. Or In n Out or Chubby’s.

Don’t plan on ever coming back here now.

I have to agree with other reviewers about the long wait times in the drive-through. I ordered a single burger and ended up waiting over 30 minutes, which felt excessive. While the food itself is tasty, it’s also very overpriced for what you get. The pastrami burger was $11.99, and for that price I can get an entire meal at many other places.

The long wait shows up again with the pricing—it’s hard to justify both the time it takes to prepare the food and the cost. The same goes for the milkshakes. They used to offer smaller “mini” sizes that made it affordable to try multiple flavors, but now every shake is around $8. Ordering three shakes alone cost about $23, which adds up quickly for a family of seven.

By the time we’re done, the total is well over $100, and at that point it’s easy to find full dine-in restaurants that offer better value for less money. The quality is good, but the wait times and pricing make it hard to justify returning.

The JCW’s chain is just amazing. This location is just a part of continuing the amazingness. the location is clean, the staff was very helpful and they all looked like they were happy and having fun with their coworkers.
The food was delicious! The fries were good thick cut, the cheeseburger had the perfect amount of everything and the small shake was divine! Would definitely recommend

Wow. This place has sure gone downhill in quality and up in price. Food is nowhere near as good as it used to be, but not worth the outrageous price gouging. Expect about $45-$50 to feed 2 people. Drive through times are consistently 15-20 minutes if not more. The staff is clearly not happy to be here either and it reflects in their customer interaction. This place used to be a gem.

Went at 1:30 and was out by 2:10. Friendly quick service. And the food was delicious. The milkshakes are so yummy! We ordered oreo caramel. Hamburgers were so good and the kids chicken was so moist and tender. Yummy!

I went here to get just an ice cream. the staff was super friendly. They didn’t rush us out even though we walked in 15 minutes before they closed. It was clean. Service was fast. It’s in a great location if you are anywhere near Thanksgiving point.

Great place to eat and we really enjoyed the ice cream. The service was great and the staff was awesome. We just went for the ice cream and what a treat! If you have the chance for some good ice cream this is the place to come to.

We did get there around 630pm and it was packed, so we waited a bit for our ice cream. Which it was well worth the wait.

A couple suggestions to improve upon would be to empty the outside trash can more often. Update the tv as they had some minor damage. (However I really enjoyed the soccer games that were playing)

I paid $30 for a single burger, fries a drink and a shake. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru. At that price and after that wait, I would expect quality. The bun was completely soggy
the burger was under cooked. There were no seasonings. The Fry’s were floppy and unsalted. The soda was great. The shake was not the flavor I ordered. I feel badly for the staff. They seemed overwhelmed. It wasn’t worth my time let alone the money.

I have not eaten here for a while comment about the service was awful. They did not get my order right, the food was overpriced, and I don’t think I will be returning here anytime soon. It’s kind of ridiculous to pay $42 for 3 meals. One of which was a kids meal. There are much better birger places to have a better experience and a better return on your money.
