Great service, in town visiting family, working in EST so I got there early, and the opening staff was thoughtful and even remembered my drink order on the third visit. Obviously this location focuses on people having a good experience, and I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. I think it’s great this location kept things professional and focused on being a great café — prioritizing customer service and quality products above anything else.

This store has a great worker named Bree . She is friendly and efficient . Nice smile. But I can’t say that about most the people there. They are kinda not happy to see u or don’t like their jobs. The last drink I got from there was made by someone else and it was the worse coffee drink I ever got in my life. I asked for a grande in a vente cup so I could have cold foam like and inch and half I asked and paid for and she gave me a vente cup half emptied. But if it wasn’t for Bree I wouldn’t go back. .make sure u don’t tip the barista unless they do ur drink right. Bree is good tho

My Caramel Ribbon Crunch was mostly whipped cream. They filled my venti cup with whipped cream up to the first black line and about the same amount of whipped ream to the top. Very little actual coffer drink

I don’t come here very often anymore…but I need too…ladies working the February 14th, 2026 Valentine’s Day made my day…sweet but short coffee stop they were perfectly appropriate…touche’ another smile made….I left my old review from 4 years ago to show they have been consistently kind & friendly ”easy peasy”
I just lalalalove it when I get “Superb service”…then I get to share it with the world through Google . Today is my birthday. A friend told me to go show my ID at Starbucks and they will give you a free cup of coffee. Note: I am an excessive coffee drinker, and I do not typically go to Starbucks. I pulled into this location, walked in, ID in hand, and asked the question, “is it true, free cup of coffee on your birthday?” This is where the story gets good…Frank (the one who helped me), said yes through the app…blah, blah, blah…(the standard response I believe they trained him to say)…and then, at the very end he said, “but so what, it’s your birthday, what are you havin’?” With the cutest smile, I’m sure, behind the mask because it was in his eyes! Well, I must say, STARBUCKS MANAGEMENT…please read…Frank, is one of those employees that shines above ALL the rest!

I love this Starbucks. I come about 1 to 2 times a week i pass 2 other Starbucks and several other coffee places to come to this location because of the friendly staff always have a smile and a kind word. My order is always made quick never have to wait long. I love BJ and another Barista sorry I can’t remember her name but she wears really long braids. I order a caramel macchiato add hazelnut triple shot and an ice water. It’s always perfect and gets me through my day.
