I had a wonderful experience at this charming small-town bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to meet my needs with a welcoming smile. It’s a rare find these days! I’ve returned many times since my first visit because I enjoy it so much. The atmosphere can vary depending on whether there’s an event, ranging from lively to relaxed.

I rented the hall/venue for a 70th birthday party for approximately 50 guests. The owner was wonderful to work with and the place was clean. I was able to bring my own catering and the tables & chairs were all set up for us to decorate.
I would 100% recommend The Mill @ French River for your functions.

Great space for an event! We recently had a surprise 60th birthday party there and everything was fantastic. The space was perfect- bright and clean. Round tables for guests, long tables for serving food, option to pay for linens and great drinks. The owners were so nice and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Great space! The owners were so accommodating for a 50-ish person baby shower. Big space with twinkle lights, rentable tablecloths, nice round tables, good drinks, and a speaker/microphone set up. 10/10 would host an event here again.

We just had my son’s first birthday party here and I can’t say enough good things! From the communication, to the amenities, the ample parking, the beautiful venue, and the most helpful welcoming staff…I want to host another event literally just to use this space again. If you need an event venue, this is THE spot.

The only vegan food options are the pretzel bites (without dip), and the tater tots which are also gluten-free, apparently. All the bar tenders were incredibly nice and patient with us despite being busy. I loved that they had so many mocktails and other non-alcoholic options! The place had a cozy pub feeling but was clean and other patrons were nice. They have a game night which sounds promising and I saw that they also had a dj some nights.
