I got to IHOP around 7:45am and wasn’t greeted at all…no “good morning,” no welcome, nothing. I was finally seated at 7:55, and the lady just tossed the menu on the table and said, “sit right there.” Not exactly the best first impression.
My waitress, on the other hand, was really kind and attentive once things got going. She took my order around 8:05, and the food came out by 8:20. I ordered the sampler with an orange juice, plus a kids’ waffle meal with strawberries, bananas, and an apple juice. The total came to about $30, which honestly didn’t feel worth it.
The pancakes weren’t how I remembered them these were kind of “peelable,” like they had layer and the booths were super tight, which made it tough to manage a toddler comfortably.
I left around 8:45, and by then it was getting busy, but when I arrived there were only about four other groups. Overall, it was an okay visit. The waitress was sweet, but the greeting and food quality could’ve been better.

Atoyia was amazing at IHOP! She was so welcoming from the moment we sat down and made sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quickly, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience even better. Great customer service like that definitely makes you want to come back. Thank you, Atoyia!

The manager there who is named Waldo runs a tight ship and really looks after his customers and employees too . Maria was my server today and she was excellent, efficient and really kind. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive — the service was easily a 5 out of 5. Everything came out quickly and with a smile, which made a big difference for a group with young kids in tow.
We ordered two types of pancakes — strawberry banana and blueberry — and both were fresh, fluffy, and flavorful. The kids especially loved the burst of fruit in each bite. Alongside the pancakes, we had an egg white and veggie omelet, which was cooked well and satisfying without being too heavy. Beverages included coffee, tea, and a few kid-friendly juices. Overall, we’d give the food a solid 4 out of 5.
The atmosphere was warm and family-oriented, also earning a 4 out of 5 from us. One thoughtful touch that stood out was IHOP providing coloring papers and crayons for the kids — such a small gesture, but it went a long way in keeping them engaged and happy while we waited for our meal.
All in all, IHOP delivered a pleasant, family-friendly dining experience with good food, great service, and a welcoming environment. We’d definitely return for another breakfast outing.

Stopped her for lunch. Terrible. Should left when hostess took forever to seat us. Long story short took super long to get food then everything was cold except the kids meal. Asked for lemon said they didn’t have any. Asked for manager he took forever. When he finally did come, he apologize n re did my order had to wait another 20 mins. Smh Won’t ever go here again.

Our server ATOYA!! ATOYA!! ATOYA!! When I come to IHOP for breakfast I overall know what I want. The added customer service/attentiveness was 5 star!! I definitely would come back and ask for her!! She made a great start to my Sunday ❤️ The manager came over promptly just so I could compliment her service. Overall this particular ihop is always great. Food comes out timely. Clean always a plus plus plus!!!

I ordered 2 split decision and 1 order has 1 piece of barely cook bacon, both orders was suppose to have cheese in the eggs but they don’t and then the pancakes are overcooked.
