Dana and Steven selected The Cheesecake Factory at Cool Springs for our Tuesday evening dinner. Upon being seated, our waiter extended a warm welcome and presented a complimentary, refillable bread basket featuring two varieties of warm bread: their signature sweet “brown bread” (a molasses/honey-wheat blend with oats) and a crusty white sourdough baguette with fresh butter. The brown bread is renowned for its soft, subtly sweet flavor profile. Subsequently, we placed our entrée orders. We both opted for their exceptional Chicken Piccata, comprised of sautéed chicken breast with lemon sauce, mushrooms, and capers, accompanied by angel hair pasta. For dessert, we shared a slice of Peach Cheesecake swirled with peaches and finished with raspberry sauce. All dishes, including the cheesecake, were exceptionally delicious.

2nd time giving this location a chance, and boy do i regret it.
Food took a very long time to come out and when it did it was very disappointing.
We ordered two steaks and eggs. One of the plates was ordered with over hard eggs, what we got instead were crispy eggs borderline burnt, so was the English muffin that came with it. The potatoes did not look appetizing. And the steaks were over cooked. We have had well done steak at other restaurants and they are still juicy. These steaks were too dry. My toast was burnt so the server sent it back. I also ordered a kids spaghetti and they brought out spaghetti from the regular menu. My little one did not enjoy having to remove the cherry tomatoes and basil from her dish.
We sent back the crispy eggs only since we did not want to have to wait another 40+ minsutes for our order to be remade. We ate the steak and eggs. Everything else was not edible.

First time dining here was absolutely amazing! Our waitress Kayla H was phenomenal, probably the best service we have had in a while! Our drinks never even reached half empty and she gave wonderful recommendations! Food was great as well, would definitely recommend the steak frites! Atmosphere was nice and cozy as well! Overall great experience and especially great service!

This was our first time here and we enjoyed our meal. My wife had the shrimp scampi. I could not decide, so I had the steak frites and the pineapple chicken and shrimp. Her scampi needed just a bit more salt, but the steak was nicely cooked to med-well. The pineapple chicken and shrimp was great. Definitely will be going back. Many other choices that we want to try.

Had an anniversary dinner at the Cheesecake Factory in Franklin tonight, and Rhe was our server. She was wonderful with the recommendations, took photos for my husband and I, and was extremely pleasant to talk to. The service and food were fantastic. We make Cheesecake Factory a regular date spot, and it’s always worth the drive from Murfreesboro!

My family and I come here often and we’ve always had a great experience. There’s only been a few times where we’ve had hiccups (today for example, our appetizer order was not put in properly). Otherwise, our servers have always been nice and attentive and always apologetic when there is a mistake. Our cups are always full, any needs are met. Food is delicious, I love the large menu. The cheesecakes are always divine. Bathrooms are nice and clean. If you ever want a nice meal and to peruse the mall, this is a great location for that. We will absolutely be back for more!

This was my first visit to this Cheesecake Factory location and, unfortunately, it will likely be my last. We had a 12:30 p.m. reservation for a family birthday and arrived at 12:20 p.m. Upon check-in, we were informed that a large party was still occupying our table and that the wait would be brief.
After standing in the lobby for nearly an hour, we checked in again and were told the same thing—that the party was still at our table. No alternative seating or options were offered at that time. During this wait, we observed numerous parties of four to six guests arrive and be seated immediately. Some of those parties completed their meals and left while we were still waiting.
After overhearing the host staff debating whether to continue seating other guests or accommodate our reservation, we were finally informed at 1:45 p.m. that a table was available for us in the bar area. We confirmed that we would still be able to order brunch and were assured this would not be an issue.
Once seated, we experienced further delays while the waitstaff discussed who would be responsible for our table. At approximately 2:10 p.m., we were finally asked for drink orders, at which point we were informed that although brunch was technically still available, most items were sold out. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, none of our drinks had arrived, and we had not even been provided water. When we inquired, we were simply told, “They’re coming.”
Around 3:00 p.m., we were finally able to speak with a manager. She offered a brief apology and explained that she had not been notified of the situation earlier, placing responsibility on the staff. We were told our food would arrive shortly. When it did, several orders were incomplete or prepared incorrectly. Given the length of time already spent, we did not feel it was reasonable to request corrections.
At approximately 3:40 p.m., we were asked if we would like dessert. We respectfully declined, requested our checks, paid via the QR code, and left.
This was one of the poorest dining experiences I can recall. Given the reputation of the restaurant, a significantly higher level of service would be expected. If there was an option to leave zero stars, I would have done it. If you are looking to bring a large party to this Cheesecake Factory for a special occasion, I would seek other options in the area. There are plenty other places that will happily accommodate you and take far better care of your party.

We had a party of 13, service was good but slow. We were seated for 2 1/2 hours, long waits between ordering drinks, appetizers and dinner. In fact one of the appetizers ordered by one in our party was out of stock. I also feel like this restaurant is way overpriced! Fish and chips costing $23.95 when I could have gotten the same at Captain D’s for less than $10. If I paying for the ambiance of the place maybe you can insert dividers between tables so I don’t have to listen to the woman at the next table trying to sell herself to the man she was with! The place was as noisy as Texas Roadhouse

We had a mixed event here: celebrated my husband’s birthday and “date night.” Our server was kind and very attentive, despite a few hiccups (white rice instead of brown rice ordered, etc.). The restaurant and restrooms were clean.
I ordered salad and small pizza and my husband had the Bang Bang Chicken. Both were very good. We had the Egg Roll Sampler appetizer as well; sauces and egg rolls were great. Ordered cheesecake to go and we’re looking forward to enjoying that at home. Overall a very nice meal here.

I was disappointed in my breakfast flat bread. The bottom was burnt and was difficult to eat due to the taste. The toppings were good. I didn’t get the eggs on top fyi.I didn’t say anything bc we had already been waiting a while to actually get our food and i was starving. But it was hot & fresh when it was put on the table.
The slice of cheese cake was delicious & more than enough for 2 ppl.
My husband did enjoy his pasta.
Our server did keep our glasses full & checked on us.
